I cant recollect exactly how this all started. Now I have two Face Book albums and Face Book Album II of sketches of Face Book lady friends. I know for a while it was fun when playing Zinga Poker to request a pretty photo be your buddy. After a time I had a number of smashing photos of Lovely Indonesian and Filipina poker players. I had always been a fan of Asian women and one of my first and most important friends (real life lover) was a Japanese beauty, I had always had some artistic talent, and always tried to sketch my lady friends. So I started to Sketch some of the Indonesian ladies and published on Red Bubble. I got pretty good with a technique I perfected and a Chinese artiest Gal on Red Bubble commented on my collection of Asian women sketches. I offered to sketch her, and she sent me a lovely photo which I sketched.

The concept of an album of Asian lady sketches was never an intentional objective, I was just randomly sketching my Poker Buddies. What did happen is that to gain access to pictures of these ladies I needed to request Face Book friendship. This opened up to me a broad tapestry of face Book that I hadn't originally understood. The concept of fake profiles. People began to identify some of my poker buddies as Andriana Lima and Megan Fox and others.

I am retired and have a lot of time, to play poker and to sketch. So when I play poker I "buddy" many of the gals I play with, then I find them on Face Book and befriend them, which most of the time you need to do to get access to their photos. It does have a slight tinge of stalking to it, and sometimes it feels a little embarrassing. But a large percentage add me, I suppose they look at my profile and see my art and other entries and pass me for those reasons.

Many of my Poker Buddy lady friends are bad poker players and beg for chips all the time. What I have found out more than once, is that my pretty friend was a fraud and actually a guy who trolled behind the pretty face to beg for chips. A couple of times they got to like me so much they confessed on their own. Eventually, I got a little smarter, I noticed how real individuals almost never took very many good photos with sharp focus. I began to question when there were impeccably focused professional looking shots.

But still, it didnt matter too much to me, if there was a photo somewhere there was a women behind it and sketching it was still ok. One thing did bother me a lot, a few times you would find a very young girl posing behind a sexy photo, it dosnt take long to figure that out. Some young gals have a face book clique of phony pictures and a phony network of friends. I worry about them a little. Now I always try to ascertain who is real and not. You can see a pattern in their friends and likes. I have a few young friends and try to be a positive influence.

So I still have a few mysterious friends who I haven't Identified, some who love me dearly for a few poker chips.

But during this time I have made a number of friends. It is a phenomenon that couldn't happen any other way except on a social network. I am 69 years old, and in reality 20-40 year old ladies wouldnt associate with me. There just isn't anyway to make that connection. Even if you met, the initial barriers would prevent developing any extended social intermingling.

I have 20 year old Indonesian friends who call me Uncle, Filipinas call me Lolo (grandfather). Islam Muslim ladies I would never think of having as friends.

I had two friends from Afghanistan, one male one female (I think) when I asked them anything about Afghanistan they told me they done discuss it on the internet. That was a solemn moment for me, In the USA such guarded thinking is reserved for bank robbers, I called her My Afghan princess and she called me Hero.

My first sketch wasnt an Asian lady, it was this young gal

I never befriended her or talked to her, she is so young that I felt it would not be appropriate, but she was so lovely I had to sketch her, she is a poker buddy, and when I see her down in chips I send her a few. Others do too, I have seen that. Maybe she isnt real. I hate to think that. But somewhere this angelic girls exists. Often I wonder if she is as good inside as outside. I pray that is so. She is Scandinavian VIKING.

I am not going to get too specific about my lady friends but in general terms I will relate my experiences.. In a few cases I have captured segments of chat and may include those where appropriate.

Now let me understand this. Obama thinks the Tea Partiers are endorsing foreign powers to steal our democracy, even going so far as to say they are aligned with evil extra terrestrial forces from the dark empire. How many lies can Obama survive?

There are numerous stories outlining Obama's total unconcern for being honest with the citizens. So all the things of importance that Obama promised you. Keep Your Policy. Costs go down. Etc. Etc. Deficit neutral. ALL LIES. He looked you straight in the eye and lied to you.

This ability to lie with sincerity is a valuable attribute for a community organizer. Why would a community organizer care about the truth? They have no respect for the masses they organize. They are just faceless voters. There is no humanity to this exercise. The only serious part of the relationship between the organizer and the community is the organizer has been educated to know what sound bytes make you applaud, cry, angry. They know what buttons to push.

After 30 years of community organizing for example, by Obama in Chicago, what has changed? Are people better educated? Do minorities have stronger families? Is there less crime?

Sorry nothing Changes.

Of course Obama is richer as is Jesse Jackson, Unions are stronger, Taxes are higher. Sales taxes at 10.25% so the poor doesn't escape tax and spend either. AND OF COURSE THE MACHINE THRIVES. More Democrat votes. That's what they have accomplished. A Mayor Daley KINGDOM, where they share the pie with their supporters.

So how many lies can Obama tell you?

The answer is scary.

It is almost unlimited. They have lied Detroit into absolute 3rd world poverty, Chicago is following that model. They have destroyed the African American. There is no African American Education, Family or Moral ethical standard.

They have corrupted every African American institution including their churches to the point that the ONLY OBJECTIVE IS TO GET THEM TO VOTE.

If we write history accurately it will be a story of Politicians, Unions and Black Caucus conspiring with tax payoffs to build a power base in inner cities by exploiting the citizens, intentionally under educating them, withholding the truth from them, and teaching them about a USA of despair where they have no chance of success.

They need to bind them together tightly geographically in order to have large voting blocks. Public housing and other "COMMUNITY" entitlements accomplished that. NO PROGRESSIVE POLICIES truly were targeted at a dispersement of the black populations. When banks said there were neighborhoods they didn't want to invest in, instead of encouraging African Americans to build better communities they forced banks to help them hold the population in place.

There is no way to support the end result of any Progressive social meddling. So you have a choice between INCOMPETENCE and DECEPTION.

I expect deception, with every entitlement aimed at political power with citizens REAL needs way down the list of priorities.

If a serious morbid fear of Islam beliefs and culture and their intentions for western civilization as a negative force is Islamaphobic then that is me.

It is true.

I pray to God as I know him that the world will not have a catastrophic religious war in the 22nd century.

But I fear it is so.

If you have any sense of what Amadinijan and his Muslim cult believes you might believe that a great war with Muslims is unavoidable. Thats what Amadinijan thinks.

Only Muslims themselves can combat Islamaphobia... and so far they are not very convincing.

Celebrating 9-11 3000 citizens deaths around the world isnt to reassuring. Indiscriminately killing each other in Irag and Afghanistan is not reassuring. Massacre of Christians in Kenya is not reassuring.
Swearing the destruction of Israel is not reassuring.

Recorded history (sometimes called record history) is a part of human history that has been written down or recorded by the use of language. It starts in the 4th millennium BC, with the invention of writing.

That equates to 6000 years of recorded history. Obviously prior to inventing writing mankind also had complex social structures. So perhaps for as long as 10,000 years man had advanced social structures requiring regulation, customs and taboos. Then over 100,000 years mankind had loose affiliations such as family and tribal unions, hunting groups and territorial sovereignty.

So we can speculate what educated men in 1776 didnt know about government and governance that men in 2010 do know. Men in 2010 have witnessed 234 more years of history than men in 1776. So picking either threshold for comparison you have these results.

If the period is recorded history 1776 men knew of 6000 years while 2010 men saw 6234 or approximately 3.94% more history.

If the period is Advanced Civilization 1776 men could study 10,000 years while 2010 men can study 10,234 or approximately 2.34% more history.

If the period is Loose organization of mankind then 1776 men could study 100,000 years while 2010 men can study 100,234 or approximately .234% more history.

So what is the point?

What has happened in the last 234 years that would uniquely qualify a modern man over the founding fathers in world perspective?

World war? No, actually in terms of casualties and number of participants ancient Persian and others were very competitive. Records of 40,000 and more killed in single battles. They say Persians had up to 500,000 soldiers and Greeks had hundreds of ships.

Genicide? Historians say up to 80,000,000 Hindus were killed bu medieval Muslims.

Plague: Black plague wiped out 25-40% of population.

Economy: Boom and bust was well known, nations bankrupted with wars and other folly.

TAXES? Since Ancient Rome.

Slavery: Always part of man's history back to Ancient Sparta.

Religion: Religious strife accompanied mankind back before Ancient Egypt, Sun Gods and Pharaohs.

Trade? Tulips, Salt and Gold, whale oil, Tobacco, sugar and spices all transported across the globe.

Innovation and Invention? Printing press, Musket, Rockets and other innovations already pointed the way to technology.

The reality is that our founders had 98% of the history of the world within their view. They were well learned and philosophical men. One could argue that most people today do not have the world view of a Jefferson or Ben Franklin. Ben Franklin we know traveled to England and France at least.

The liberal/progressive argument that somehow their views are outdated, that there are new experiences that CHANGE EVERYTHING is difficult to support with any facts. Any arguments against our constitution and founding can not legitimately be based on new experiences for hundreds of more years. And the way mankind replays history over and over again maybe modern man will never gain better perceptions of good government then the men of 1776.

Anytime you hear the Constitution and the Ideas of Thomas Jefferson, Hamilton, Madison, Washington, Adams are out dated take pause. While it seems a safe statement as we watch technical advancements, it is in reality spurious. In 234 years the affairs of men haven't changed much, if at all.

Watch Progressives like Obama, they are in court every minute using every extension and interpretation of Constitutionality they can to accomplish their ideologies... but when constitutional provisions provide obstacles they criticize the constitution and berate it.

I'm 63. Except for one semester in college when jobs were scarce and a six-month period when I was between jobs, but job-hunting every day, I've worked, hard, since I was 18. Despite some health challenges, I still put in 50-hour weeks, and haven't called in sick in seven or eight years. I make a good salary, but I didn't inherit my job or my income, and I worked to get where I am. Given the economy, there's no retirement in sight, and I'm tired. Very tired.

I'm tired of being told that I have to "spread the wealth" to people who don't have my work ethic. I'm tired of being told the government will take the money I earned, by force if necessary, and give it to people too lazy to earn it.

I'm tired of being told that I have to pay more taxes to "keep people in their homes." Sure, if they lost their jobs or got sick, I'm willing to help. But if they bought McMansions at three times the price of our paid-off, $250,000 condo, on one-third of my salary, then let the left-wing Congress-critters who passed Fannie and Freddie and the Community Reinvestment Act that created the bubble help them with their own money.

I'm tired of being told how bad America is by left-wing millionaires like Michael Moore, George Soros and Hollywood Entertainers who live in luxury because of the opportunities America offers. In thirty years, if they get their way, the United States will have the economy of Zimbabwe , the freedom of the press of China , the crime and violence of Mexico , the tolerance for Christian people of Iran , and the freedom of speech of Venezuela .

I'm tired of being told that Islam is a "Religion of Peace," when every day I can read dozens of stories of Muslim men killing their sisters, wives and daughters for their family "honor"; of Muslims rioting over some slight offense; of Muslims murdering Christian and Jews because they aren't "believers"; of Muslims burning schools for girls; of Muslims stoning teenage rape victims to death for "adultery"; of Muslims mutilating the genitals of little girls; all in the name of Allah, because the Qur'an and Shari'a law tells them to.

I'm tired of being told that "race doesn't matter" in the post-racial world of Obama, when it's all that matters in affirmative action jobs, lower college admission and graduation standards for minorities (harming them the most), government contract set-asides, tolerance for the ghetto culture of violence and fatherless children that hurts minorities more than anyone, and in the appointment of U.S. Senators from Illinois.

I think it's very cool that we have a black president and that a black child is doing her homework at the desk where Lincoln wrote the Emancipation Proclamation. I just wish the black president was Condi Rice, or someone who believes more in freedom and the individual and less arrogantly of an all-knowing government.

I'm tired of being told that out of "tolerance for other cultures" we must let Saudi Arabia use our oil money to fund mosques and mandrassa Islamic schools to preach hate in America , while no American group is allowed to fund a church, synagogue or religious school in Saudi Arabia to teach love and tolerance.

I'm tired of being told I must lower my living standard to fight global warming, which no one is allowed to debate. My wife and I live in a two-bedroom apartment and carpool together five miles to our jobs. We also own a three-bedroom condo where our daughter and granddaughter live. Our carbon footprint is about 5% of Al Gore's, and if you're greener than Gore, you're green enough.

I'm tired of being told that drug addicts have a disease, and I must help support and treat them, and pay for the damage they do. Did a giant germ rush out of a dark alley, grab them, and stuff white powder up their noses while they tried to fight it off? I damn sure think druggies chose to take drugs. And I'm tired of harassment from cool people treating me like a freak when I tell them I never tried marijuana.

I'm tired of illegal aliens being called "undocumented workers," especially the ones who aren't working, but are living on welfare or crime. What's next? Calling drug dealers, "Undocumented Pharmacists"? And, no, I'm not against Hispanics. Most of them are Catholic, and it's been a few hundred years since Catholics wanted to kill me for my religion. I'm willing to fast track for citizenship any Hispanic person, who can speak English, doesn't have a criminal record and who is self-supporting without family on welfare, or who serves honorably for three years in our military.... Those are the citizens we need.

I'm tired of latte liberals and journalists, who would never wear the uniform of the Republic themselves, or let their entitlement-handicapped kids near a recruiting station, trashing our military. They and their kids can sit at home, never having to make split-second decisions under life and death circumstances, and bad mouth better people than themselves. Do bad things happen in war? You bet. Do our troops sometimes misbehave? Sure. Does this compare with the atrocities that were the policy of our enemies for the last fifty years and still are? Not even close. So here's the deal. I'll let myself be subjected to all the humiliation and abuse that was heaped on terrorists at Abu Ghraib or Gitmo, and the critics can let themselves be subject to captivity by the Muslims, who tortured and beheaded Daniel Pearl in Pakistan, or the Muslims who tortured and murdered Marine Lt. Col. William Higgins in Lebanon, or the Muslims who ran the blood-spattered Al Qaeda torture rooms our troops found in Iraq, or the Muslims who cut off the heads of schoolgirls in Indonesia, because the girls were Christian. Then we'll compare notes. British, Canadian and American soldiers are the only troops in history that civilians came to for help and handouts, instead of hiding from in fear.

I'm tired of people telling me that their party has a corner on virtue and the other party has a corner on corruption. Read the papers; bums are bipartisan. And I'm tired of people telling me we need bipartisanship. I live in Illinois , where the "Illinois Combine" of Democrats has worked to loot the public for years. Not to mention the tax cheats in Obama's cabinet.

I'm tired of hearing wealthy athletes, entertainers and politicians of both parties talking about innocent mistakes, stupid mistakes or youthful mistakes, when we all know they think their only mistake was getting caught. I'm tired of people with a sense of entitlement, rich or poor.

Speaking of poor, I'm tired of hearing people with air-conditioned homes, color TVs and two cars called poor. The majority of Americans didn't have that in 1970, but we didn't know we were "poor." The poverty pimps have to keep changing the definition of poor to keep the dollars flowing.

I'm real tired of people who don't take responsibility for their lives and actions. I'm tired of hearing them blame the government, or discrimination or big-whatever for their problems.

Yes, I'm damn tired. But I'm also glad to be 63. Because, mostly, I'm not going to have to see the world these people are making. I'm just sorry for my granddaughter..

What I do know about is the insidious crawl of Progressivism into our lives, an ideology which ends the USA free enterprise system as we know it and substitutes American exceptional-ism with some socialistic concept of World Wide mediocrity.

I have spent a lot of time lately familiarizing myself with Alinsky's rules for radicals and the Cloward-Piven strategy that a welfare enrollment drive would create a political crisis that would force U.S. politicians to enact socialistic measures. We can see how 2 generations of progressive efforts of using our freedoms and laws to subvert our culture has succeeded in weakening us.

We are wounded in a religious sense where they have used our freedoms to become exclusive to religion, instead of allowing all religions we expel all religions.

They have distorted our histories and have used science to challenge religious beliefs when it suits them. An example using Darwinism to challenge creation and Gods input. But when science might support a conservative view, such as when life begins, they squelch that with a vicious vengeance.

What is difficult about progressives is to understand their end-game. What is their final solution? Sometimes it's as if they have none and are just in a trance pushing us into some unknown position.

But of course we know they want communism, equal distribution of wealth, world governance, collectivism, genetic control.

They basically hate and distrust the nature of man kind, (except their own) and want to alter and control every aspect of these imperfect and misguided individuals. Somehow they see man as a blight on nature, not it's master.

But the unique aspect of the progressive movement is their patience and infiltration of our institutions. Take over of eduction both by controlling unions and altering textbooks and subjugating standards. Take over of public safety in police forces and fire departments by controlling the unions. Increasing the power of government by increasing the number of government employees and their salaries and creating government Unions.

Progressives have united in a long-term commitment to change all of our institutions in order to use our system to destroy itself. All of the below are bought and paid for by your tax dollars and under control of the progressive front.

SO WHY AM I TELLING YOU SOMETHING YOU ALREADY KNOW?

I am repeating this here because maybe something has occurred to me that probably hasn't yet occurred to you.

Somewhere along the thread of history, Islam has picked up the strategies of the Progressives. They may not have EXACTLY the same goals, but they have adopted the same strategies of using our system against us. Thats why Feisal Abdul Rauf the Imman of Ground zero Mosque says the USA is already the most Sharia compliant government, Because he can readily see how our Constitutional position on freedom of religion can be used to install his Sharia laws. He understands the courts will not protect our society and culture but can be used to protect his. For some reason which is not immediately apparent the left is extraordinary in it's support of Islam. This is codified by Obama but seems to be widespread.

The chant that the United States contributed to 9/11 is rampant among progressives. It means "USA support Israel and is not fair to Palestinians". Supporting Israel is just cause for Islamic folks to kill you. So along with this weird alliance between progressives and Islam comes Anti-Semitic-ism. Of course the Anti Jewish sentiments are historical among Blacks since the 1950's. It is totally amazing because the strong supporters of the Blacks in the 50's were the Jewish hippies. Somewhere along the Islamic influence took over. I think Saudi Arabia and others saw a weakness in our black relations and stepped in and exploited it, finding rich ground in discontent blacks and others. We have Ali Mohammed, Black Panthers, New Black Panthers, Farrakhan ( he was awarded the Al-Gaddafi International Prize for Human Rights founded by Libya's de facto leader Muammar al-Gaddafi.).

So with a strong representation in the black community it isn't too much of a stretch to think Islam has SOME influence on the black caucus. The black caucus has been the tool of progressives for 50 years. The Cloward-Piven strategies required co-operation of those driving the entitlement programs.

We already see distortion in our schools text praising Islam and slandering Christianity.

How Complicated is stimulating the Economy?

Just how complicated is it to help the economy? We know the service industries have been growing over last decade. But service industries require an affluent society that wants these services. The essence of an economy must be product. PRODUCING. You have to create and produce product.

We can safely ignore the economy and focus on more simple models such as business environment. To simplify it further we can eliminate service businesses.

The arguments are this.

Other large parts of the economy such as finance rely on a healthy business environment where people are working, can borrow money and invest in stocks bonds commodities and other instruments of finance.

Service business results when the cost/effort of hiring these services represent the best use of your dollars because your own earning power exceeds the cost of these services.

I think we can agree that heavy and light manufacturing, energy production, and commodity production will drive the rest of the economy.

Core economy is:

1) Commodities such as food, iron ore, gold or diamonds.

2) Energy discovery and production.

3) Manufactured goods starting with primary products such as working machines like bulldozers and automobiles. Then accessories such as air conditioners and wash machines.

In order to produce these products you must be competitive. Today competitive means on an international scale because corporations are very fluid and willing to move manufacturing to other shores.

So how do you become competitive?

Lets take a typical heavy manufacturer such as an auto manufacturer and look at their costs.

Cut the cost of energy in half. This can be done building Nuclear plants, opening up all natural gas reserves and many oil reserves. Low cost financing with contract/agreements to control the cost of energy.

Remarkably energy is one area we can justify Government control. There are strong arguments energy resources belongs to the citizens. Nuclear is naturally cheaper so they can be profitable with lower costs, as can Natural gas if it is plentiful.

Raw material companies need to be controlled because these resources also are inherently

partly citizens so raw material companies need to pass energy savings on to

This one move doubles the after tax profits of light and heavy manufacturing, without lowering taxes or salaries. Providing a cheap guaranteed energy is a good way to supercharge the economy. Cheaper GAS prices will stimulate travel and leisure spending.

Obama and crew are ANTI energy. Costly energy will do the exact opposite and put these companies out of business or out of USA.

Lower taxes would also stimulate, but energy policies are COST FREE.

BIG BONUS:

I own a big house my energy costs are $7000 a year. Cutting that in half gives me $3500 to spend on something else. On the average each household will have $1200 to 10,000 a year for other uses.

Obviously what we need is some people shouting "Follow me, I know the way"

What if some people raised their arms and shouted "Follow me, I know the way" and no one followed.

What happens is some people raise their arms and shout "Follow Me" and some people follow. Sometimes it is tens, sometimes thousands, sometimes millions.

Why is that?

We need to seriously consider the reality of the human condition. The Human DNA creates those who lead and those who follow. By design so we can be successful, a Darwinian observable aspect of Human Kind.

It happens in wolf packs, Horse herds and many other animal kingdoms. In the human species it is often without a physical struggle. We run primaries and elections and other non destructive methods to select leaders. Yet violence often accompanies the process, because it is inherent in the process of selecting leaders that violence might occur.

I find that in these discourses it is enough to try to make one small point at a time. It is very difficult to build a discourse that presents everything about everything.

The point I want to make is some people will follow. This doesn't require thinking it requires making choices. Choices can be made without thinking. Choices can be made that are not good for us. Choose whipped cream instead of broccoli. Whatever it is, it isn't required to be intellectual.

Then there are these terms, cognitive dissonance which is ignoring facts that question your beliefs. Then there is mass delusional behavior like committing suicide to join a comet to go to another world.

We have created labels for a human behavior, we have labeled it without addressing the truth.

Cognitive dissonance and delusional behavior is not a mental disorder, it is the natural order of human kind.

It is totally obvious that segments of the population act in lockstep about issues. We understand how ANTS commit to the collective based on DNA and chemical engineering. Many species use this commitment to the collective to succeed and achieve the Darwinian described survival.

We tend to think of man kind as some species outside the Darwinian blue print. You better rethink that. If you expect that the future will be decided by some intellectual exercise you better rethink that. It is more likely to be decided by who can lead the largest number of delusional citizens toward the Nirvana the guy raising his arms and shouting is convinced is some ultimate solution.

I was discussing with a friend who came for Easter Breakfast at my place

We had a discussion about evil and what it was.

Men believe in many various things, as I have often discussed.

Johnstown they shot representatives and news people and committed mass suicide of 900 members.

The Heavens Gate 60 committed suicide to follow a comet to salvation.

Jihadists die for their God.

Crusaders carried their religion to the heathens.

Hitler caused 40 million deaths.

Stalin probabluy another 40 million.

Mao up to 70 million.

Obama's cousin had 1500 Christians burned in churches.

Did any of these persons wake up each morning swearing to do the most evil so that their everlasting souls would burn in hell forever?

NO. Maybe no.

The true mystery of mans soul is that probably all of these men thought they were doing the right thing.

So evil isnt a universally understood concept, it is very relative.

My definition of evil is when one man seeks to impose his beliefs on me. It isnt about who is right it is about who is assuming the power to control others who are resistant to that control.

There is no moral principal that requires me to subject my beliefs to those of another man, emotionally, morally or politically no matter what his position or stature. In the USA we certified that in our constitution.

The evil in Barack Obama and the current crew of bandits running our government isn't in the essence of what they believe of the righteousness or mistaken ness. It is in using their power to force others to their will.

That is where the evil is.

The execution of power to force men to do your will is where the evil is. That's why our forefathers demanded our government rule with the consent of the citizens.

You can believe what you will, do what you will with consenting human beings, but forcing your will on others thru the use of power is where evil begins and ends.

Governing without consent is evil.

We struggle today with a very contentious citizenry.

The liberals have choose to label the conservative angst as rabble rousing and racist and rude and other talking points. On The White House face Book some go so far as accusing Conservatives as being a security risk. I guess we need to be shut up real quickly.

Others lament that such uneducated public trash can actually vote, and how horrible that is. More talking points accuse the republicans of being the party of no and obstructionists. The liberals propose they have tried to compromise and Republicans wont take their hand.

All of this contention ignores the basic issue.

Does health Care reform and other programs like Cap and trade and Card check change the fundamental character of the United States of America.

Does the majority of Citizens actually believe more socialism is the right future for the USA?

Are more entitlements really a sign of a charitable and caring society or an oppressive large government?

Can men really be free if government dictates 90% of their life and controls 90% of their wealth?

Conservatives believe that these new entitlements push our government over the line and will make it an oppressive and stifling burden to individual freedoms and exceptional ism.

It is nonsense to argue "Well you like Social Security don't you?" We are talking about degrees and how much individualism we are willing to endure. Because a masochist edures some minor cuts is no indication that he wants his head decapitated.

So does Obama's agenda take us away from the American definition of independence of free men?

Conservatives believe this is so. We believe it is an assault on our ideals and the premise this country was founded on.

We do not believe Socialism and Communism is a fertile ground for individual freedoms.

Obama wants to buy your freedom with promises he cant keep. The middle class will not be enriched, we will all wear the cloak of suppression and mediocrity, if we survive economically at all.

It is time for us to address the essence of what our Constitution represents. it represents an attempt by newly freed men to limit the power of government and guarantee a free and unencumbered citizen.

The years have passed and our law makers and courts have ignore the basic ideals of our Constitution. Instead of honoring the individual freedoms there has been a constant conspiracy to grow government and encumber the citizens.

The Court has done the citizens a dis service. Instead of honoring the basic principles which we all understand to be self evident and from God the Court has searched for every word every punctuation and every opportunity to take away the freedoms and independence of the citizen.

We are now so perverted and polluted society that students riot about paying for their tuition. Do you protectors of our ideals celebrate a useless un empowered citizenry?

The courts sacred job was to uphold these self evident truths that men were created free and that freedom belonged to them. In truth the Court has become co conspirators in building a body of law that restricts, encumbers and limits individual freedoms.

The court has become individuals who search all experience for justification to accomplish their personal ideology rather than the spirit and needs of a free people.

The court has been a party to confiscating the citizens rights. Now is the time that will determine if our Constitution can survive in spirit.

The ideology that the common good somehow trumps individual rights is not compatible with our deepest beliefs as expressed by our founders.

The enemies of our Constitution espouse programs that raise the collective welfare above the individual freedoms. This argument may be persuasive to many but it does not support the tenets of our fore founders or the constitution which defines original rights as the ultimate responsibility of our constitution.

That truth is totally obvious to anyone who understands anything about the founding of this country. Regardless of a Judges definition of good he is bound to uphold those tenets. Individual freedoms as protected by our constitution are not limited in any way. Any powers not granted by the constitution do not belong to the federal government. Torturing every thought and word to circumvent the spirit of the constitution is not the courts sworn duty. The court has already betrayed the citizen by putting the common good above individual freedoms.

PLEASE DO NOT CONTINUE THIS BETRAYAL.

If we do less well as a society because our citizens are free, so be it. You are not guardians of the society you are guardians of the constitution which guarantees the citizens the most possible freedom.

No where in our constitution does it speak of the most for the most citizens. It speaks about the sacred freedom of the individual.

Obama had his seven and one half hour expose on C-SPAN.

The pundits are debating who, where, and what.

There is some Why but not any real why.

Who won? Who lost?

You thought this was about health care?

Not at all, this was about fixing one of the most destructive issues of Obama's future campaigning. All of his lying and disrespect of the citizens. His "I'll do everything on CSPAN " promisses were going to come back and haunt him. He needed to fix that.

Well the real issue has never been brought up. Obama had a devastating issue in his future, it would probably start to bury him in 2010 but for sure would bury him in 2012.

The "I will do health care on C-Span" eight film clips and the embarrassing truth that it never happened as he promised. This made him look so ridiculous that he needed to fix it. He could hem and haw about all his other lies, twist and corn swoggle and flim flam. The CSPAN thing was a killer.

This seven and one half hour play gave him a DO OVER.

Now at least he has a response. First I said, and then I didnt, and now i did.

The remaining all evident lie on video are the two clips on ACORN.

One says he barely knew of ACORN and only partnered with the justice department in some standard boring litigation one remote time 13 years ago. The other clip shows him pledging eternal service and love for ACORN (2007) thanking them for a long association and being involved in all his politics.

That one will be hard to DO OVER?

My last post here was January 28, 2010.

I urged citizens subsequent to Obama's state of the Union address to nail him on his promises for drilling and Nuclear.

I have seen him doing some perfunctory things on Nuclear and have decided this is a shallow ploy. About one hundred existing Nuclear plants supply 20% of our electricity. the chances of ever building another 100 is negligible. If we really were committed it would take forever. Inorder to make any of this meaningful we need to declare a National Emergency and streamline all processes and squelch all obstructionist law suits.

Even so at best we will build 2 or 3 plants in 10 years.

AND NUCLEAR WILL NOT GENERATE INCOME FOR CITIZENS.

The real solution for much of our problem is a crash program for oil and new style leases that keep a generous percentage for the citizens. This is our only hope to pay down our debt and cover our unfunded liabilities.

At 700billion pump price annually one half of that for the citizens would be an amazing tonic for our economic woes. Developing our own gas and oil will be a positive way forward.

Until someone proposes something better, this appears to be the only answer.

The only state owned endeavor I can support is oil.

LETS DO IT FOR OUR CHILDRENS FUTURE.

Obama needs to be challenged on these two points

If we are smart we will make two points of Obama's speech go viral, Nuclear plants and drilling, he said he would support those two items.

That should be what the republicans push now, he needs to be challenged immediately with very aggressive proposals.

to call Obama on this and submit aggressive proposals immediately with new oil leases securing 30-40% for citizens depending on price. Oil can be brought from off shore at $25 a barrel if companies made $25 a barrel it would be more that traditional and the rest should go to citizens.

Obama will not deliver because his progressives don't want USA to prosper, but this deceit can bury him further if we bring it up front and center for next two months.

If by chance we get this done the oil leases can help pay off our debt, we only get 8% on current leases and that's 8 billion a year.

I estimate if we produced the 70% oil we dont produce we could generate 250billion a year, more if oil goes to 200 a barrel again. The street price at 200 would be 1.3 trillion our leases should slide up to 50% at that price, 700billion a year!!!!!

But you have to identify the problem and have a sane solution.

Our problem is Health Care is it is expensive, the only way to solve that is to have less health care or reduce the cost.

I was in Hospital for 2 days and the Hospital bill was $9000 and I forced them to send me home. What does that $9000 have to do with insurance companies? And if they kept me 4 days and it was $18,000 what does that have to do with insurance companies?

If insurance companies didn't exist it would still cost $9000 or $18,000.

This whole thing is a crazy lie.

Insurance companies do not make large profits.

Nor do they have much impact on the cost of health care.

What do you really think it cost the insurance company to process that $9000 bill? a $100 dollars? What if it was $18,000? Still $100 dollars. Who decides if you stay in the hospital 2 or 4 days? The hospital and doctors basically OR you. Obviously the hospital might want the $18,000 rather than the $9,000. That is possible.

BUT THE INSURANCE COMPANY HAS NO INCENTIVE TO HAVE HEATH CARE COSTS GO UP.

Hospitals do not make large profits. But they do spend a lot of money, fancy buildings and rooms full of equipment. It might be they are over invested in facilities and personnel, at least in Racine Wisconsin it appears that is the case.

The only way to make Health Care cheaper is to accept less services. Fewer private rooms etc. I went to have a blood test. Three gals were sitting at the reception desk. The waiting room was empty. The three gals had nothing to do. That probably added $100 to my test.

WHAT DO INSURANCE COMPANIES HAVE TO DO WITH THIS COST and management or mis-management?

If the insurance companies were eliminated how much cheaper would health care be? 5%?

Insurance is a way to pay for the service, has very little to do with the cost.

Obama LIES, because you pay the insurance bill not the hospital so they want to rile you up and they don't mind lying to do it, you have no relationship with the hospital that they can attack, so they attack the innocent bystander, the insurance company.

If you pay $12,000 for insurance the insurance company made around $250-300 profit. Not exceptional. And it hasn't gone up over the last 10 years in real value, it barely matches inflation. In fact it probably has gone up 1/4 of what your real estate taxes have gone up. The cost of your schools, and fire department et al. This is the huge deceit and you are stupid enough to buy it.

What they really want is to create 100 new agencies so they can add 100,000 of government employees and increase their power.

I am the new prophet

Let me preface this with the statement that I am a relatively devout christian and this is a rant tryiny to explain that Christian beliefs have a sustaining value even if some of the specific beliefs seem outdated.

We haven't had a new prophet for 1400 years. Mohammad was from the 600's A.D. We really need a new prophet and I seem to fit the bill. Unlike Mohammad I haven't spoken to angels. Mohammad found himself in an era where the temples allowed worship of many God's and the trade roots where he grew up were pretty indulgent of everyone's beliefs. Mohammad saw the eventual logical sense of Christianity that their was one all powerful God. After all the concept of many God's competing for rule of the Universe was pretty ludicrous. It was apparent that more soon than later one of these God's would prevail. Mohammad picked the one true God and named himself the Prophet and relayed his discussions with Gabriel. That was a smart tactic. These are not my words, I am just an instrument of God. Mohammad did an amazing thing. With to force of his prophecies he martial ed the known world and created a brethren of pirates that to this day still extort homage from most of the world.

Mohammad took all of the aspects of Christianity he liked and then fashioned his extensions. He took his power from two thousand years of Judeo Christian history and presumed to write the next chapters to his likening.

I'm convinced Mohammad didnt talk to angels.

I guess that puts me on someone's hit list, oh well martyrdom is a long honored tradition for prophets. That will probably cement my position as a prophet

What I am convinced of is that he had an epiphany, a mystical inspiration, these are in the DNA of man kind, they happen all the time. You might want to reference my article, Look At The Ways Of Man.

Look At The Ways Of Man That article lists a few moments of hubris where men have claimed to be prophets and led a group of people to destruction. The glorious thing about Jesus and Mohammad is they actually lead their minions to someplace where they prospered. Eventually.

Jesus's teachings were inspiring because in a time when their were elitest ruling class and the average citizen was oppressed, he spoke of how all men were equal in God's eyes. Well, he did eventually, as he discovered his message appealed to everyone he came up with the Big Tent policy.

Mohammad had a new Idea, he didn't preach about universal salvation and equality, he preached that Muslims were the chosen people and everyone else was insignificant in God's eyes. The equality thing was over. Now Mohammad made it easy for you to become a Muslim and hard to change your mind. You did better and lived longer being a Muslim so a lot of people became Muslims.

If you read "Look At The Ways Of Man" you will be reminded of Jamestown, Heaven Gate and other examples of prophets leading their peoples, often to destruction. I am sure these prophets had their EPIPHANIES as well. Those mystical flashes of clarity that come to prophets and sometimes Poets, Authors and Song Writers.

I have had such epiphanies assaulting me since November 2006 when I retired. I had no idea what to do with the rest of my life. Again and again flashes occurred in my mind about modernizing religious beliefs came to me. I was born a Catholic and at first wanted my Catholic religion to devote all of it's intellectual resources to resolving its beliefs with the new scientific views and modern knowledge. It doesn't happen. Then the epiphany, IT WAS MY JOB.

I have come to you to explain to you a belief that all men will be able to believe for all time no matter how the science or other knowledge expands. See the tablet above? It has five commandments. These are the commandments that speak to social engineering. The other five are about your relationship with God. I have come to you to tell you that your relationship with God is your own business. You talk to him and work out your own arrangements. Your prayer schedule, your ritualistic worships your burial and sacrifices are between you and our God.

But I am here to tell you that these five commandments are inviolable. Your relationship with your fellow man is not open to interpretation. These five commandments are my religion. They surpass all questions and rise above all scientific questions. These are the rules that secure the most for the most men. These are the commandments that secure our government. These are the commandments that secure conservatism.

I am looking to name my religion. Is it significant the Number Five? "Dominium of Five" "Star Rule" "Brotherhood of Five" What say you?

Citizens, I know you have a hard time admitting it. But let's face it, Obama is eager to own anything he can. He has nationalized student loans to control who goes to school. His buddy Andy Stern chants the communist agenda "Workers of the world Unite" and his face glows when he says it.

"In many ways the campaign in Massachusetts became a referendum not only on health care reform but also on the openness and integrity of our government process. It is vital that we restore the respect of the American people in our system of government and in our leaders. To that end, I believe it would only be fair and prudent that we suspend further votes on health care legislation until Senator-elect Brown is seated."

I emailed Senator Webb:

Dear Senator Webb

I appreciate your statement after Brown victory, but it is probably too late. The shameful actions of this president and your congress have sickened the Citizens.

I doubt if our government can redeem itself.

There are too many betrayals. Are the Democrats willing to admit that their reckless pushing of affordable housing and other ill conceived programs caused financial collapse or are you going to keep pretending you are mopping up a conservative mess.

The people are not convinced by these lies.

We only need to look at your progressive cities and states to see how badly you have governed.

It is probably too late to regain our respect, we will dismantle this whole government one piece at a time.

Chapter 12: from my book of reflections

During April 1999 I was in the middle of a few chapters on "man the programmable animal model" when Columbine occurred. This is a bit wordy but it is a preamble to my current thoughts about who we are and how we need to choose who we want to be. We are aghast at the liberals "programming" our children and "brainwashing" the uneducated minorities. We need to wake up and understand that this programming is needed, it was traditionally done by our churches and families. Now our schools have taken over this process and perverted it. We do need to program ourselves and we better do it by active choice and not some perversion from the left.

Chapter 12: Littleton Colorado and other examples of certainty.

I have mixed emotions. I see my fellow man exercising his amazing ability to modify his behavior, and adopt models of behavior that are extraordinarily perverse. I see his certainty. I see his dedication. I sorrow for the crystal clarity in their minds, yet often with an absent of honest and truthful observations. I know of the malleable and magnificent capability given to us to alter and reconstruct our behavior and beliefs. I see our total ignorance of this process and cannot understand our failure to understand and observe who we are.

So this factor of programmability, which is our greatest ability, may be the tool of our own destruction. The ultimate ability to be who ever we choose brings the ultimate responsibility of truth, honest and accurate observations. The tendency to transform what we believe into crystal true knowledge and to defend it unto death and destruction accompanies us into our futures.

My emotions are mixed, because certainly there is an ultimate truth that is worth defending and dying for, certainly our ability and tendency to rise up to this ultimate sacrifice establishes us as a unique and extraordinary experiment. Yet our scientific mind seems to fail us too often. Our commitments are spurious; does our intellect lag too far behind our other attributes?

Are we merely lacking the ultimate facts? As we build and construct who we are, as we build the model of our behavior, are we ignorant of the process? Are we truly ignorant? Do we understand during the process that we are choosing who we are? We are modifying and changing, sorting and revising the model. And who is establishing the criteria, and influencing the program? If we reject the models that mainstream society is presenting, who is there to argue with us? Who is there to intellectualize these choices for us? Who is partaking in this debate? Who is in charge of our civilization?

If the examples we are given are confusing, if the choices are not consistent and overwhelming and correctly intellectualized, how do we choose? If we have a myriad of choices the selection process becomes random and confused. If we have a society that tells us to figure it out for ourselves we are abrogating a million years of experimentation.

If I were the President of the United States, could I choose to understand the need to present a model of behavior that was true and honest, that withstood honest and accurate observations and helped to program our society and create a ripple of philosophy that advanced the model? If I understood the need for all of us to make choices, and these choices were made by imperfect intellectual beings who might need simple and irrefutable evidence, would I more clearly understand the harm in presenting confusing and unconvincing and inconsistent models? If I were a teacher could I enter into an intellectual debate that brought us all together within this effort to advance the model of belief and behavior so that it could withstand truthful and honest observation? Could I control the opportunity within the process for perverse and abhorrent examples? If I were a manager, could I exert influence, by example, of a correct intellectual process of arriving at good choices through honest and accurate observations?

As we view history, can we see that the honest and accurate beliefs of a Thomas Jefferson and a John Adams have rippled throughout our generations and established a concept of individual values that have overtaken hundreds of nations within our world? Can we celebrate our ability to be different, yet still offer sound and irrefutable examples that defy rejection by even the most critical and skeptical observation?

The actions of all of us contribute, within our realm of influence, to a model of behavior that spreads from us throughout all eternity. The parent begins an influence throughout generations, throughout the rest of eternity. The ultimate judgment is not in the balance of positive versus negative influences. The ultimate judgment must be in a sum total of the negative. I do not believe in a scale that balances good against bad and absolves us from responsibility for the bad examples we provide. I believe the negatives stand by themselves; it is not acceptable to rationalize confusing and mixed models and challenge our fellow man to difficult and confusing choices. Each of us needs to present a clear and irrefutable model of behavior that contributes significantly to the advancement of this experiment we are part of.

I need not delve into the details of Columbine High School, Littleton Colorado where a small group of teenagers adopted, what is to us an abhorrent choice. A model of behavior they chose from Adolph Hitler. Need I say that this man’s responsibilities for his actions are still accumulating? Need I point out that the eternal influence is evident here? Perhaps judgment is reserved until some ultimate final moment. You cannot underestimate the importance of every action you take; only time can ultimately bring that understanding. Time is the mediator of truth.

There is an individual choice here. I choose to help mankind achieve a noble status; I choose to participate, within my influence, in spreading a model of behavior that relates to some real and truthful honest observations.

We need an example that can stand the test of intellectual and scientific examination, weak and muddled models will fall in the face of the inexorable judgment of time. Time is the mediator of truth. The strongest models in our society, our religious beliefs, have failed us because they haven’t withstood the passage of time, they have presented us an imperfect model mired as a dogmatic doctrine, often pitting their influence against scientific models and weakening their truths by choosing a moment in our existence rather than defining themselves as the true philosophers who would understand models are to be advanced, examined and improved. Could we place the same importance on truth in our religious beliefs that we put on our other efforts, such as space exploration, astronomy and other models that continue to advance?

Would I be amiss in asking my mother Catholic Church to devote their huge intellectual resources to advancing our beliefs into future millenniums? Could we, in fact, understand that our knowledge of all things is incomplete, and that this experiment we are part of requires that all of our beliefs be reexamined and reborn. We seem to accept this challenge in other areas. We do not claim to understand the essence of life, of cell structure of animal organisms, of the universe. We accept our ignorance and profess a strong dedication to build the best model we can, and to observe and reflect honestly and truthfully in order to advance the model.

Perhaps it is time for all of us to stand up and openly refute the imperfect models of the past, inquisition, slavery, and war. Can we understand these were imperfect models of behavior, flawed by some instinctive process of confusion between what we believe and what is true? Our confusion of a belief with truth is prevalent. We should not dedicate our destinies to a model that exists in a brief moment of time, waiting only for more observations to improve it, or disprove it. Only at some ultimate moment when time ends will the model be final.

So if we embrace each other with knowledge of our imperfect understanding perhaps we can all accept some ultimate partnership in our ignorance? With mutual acceptance of our confusion, perhaps individual confusion will be less important, easier to understand. Our inherent need to reject confusion as too frustrating and to embrace some belief as true knowledge causes us to desperately cling to imperfect systems of behavior.

Can we ever understand that we are embarked on a process of defining who and what we are? This is the ultimate awesome experiment in the myriad experiments of nature. So as we ask who and what we are, is the answer not truly, who we will be. Time is the mediator of truth. Our mission is contributing to that process of who we will be, individually and as a species. Is that noble enough to inspire us? Some of us choose to believe that at some moment in time we will transform and become more God like. Isn’t that God like enough? We are in the process of creating a species, influencing the future of perhaps universes, of billions of us. Who will we be? Is that worthy of debate? Does it deserve some of our time, our education, and our effort?

The value of every individual. January 12 2010.

I awoke with the thought above, often there is this struggle for clarity, an inspired thought seems to be just beyond reach. You may have the figurative mental light which just cant quite be expressed. I jotted this down

"The essential difference is the value of every individual".

That was supposed to be enough to jar my thoughts back to some inspirational thought. Actually this time it seems to work.

The essential difference of WHAT is the value of every individual.
The difference of everything.

If we look at religions, the essential difference is the value of every individual.
If we look at political ideologies the essential difference is the value of every individual.
If you look at the corporate world the essential difference is the value of every individual.

Essentially it is how we value the individual that separates all philosophies. It isn't just what individual value is but whether it is uplifting and glorious and salutary.

By this time in Soviet history, Stalin already had experience in committing mass murder and had his own well-developed system of concentration camps. Stalin would kill anyone for any reason. The slightest suspicion, real or imagined, was enough to make a person vanish without a trace inside the Soviet terror state he created.

Hitler (20,000,000 dead) knew that civilized men such as Schuschnigg, and those who followed, would readily compromise to prevent the loss of life. They would all learn too late that Hitler did not value life and that war was his ultimate goal.

Catholic Bishops: Real freedom rests on the inviolability of every person as a child of God. The inherent value of human life, at every stage and in every circumstance, is not a sectarian issue any more than the Declaration of Independence is a sectarian creed.

Obama and his crew have come out with the statement "It's a systemic failure"

Systemic refers to something that is spread throughout, system-wide, affecting a group or system such as a body, economy, market or society as a whole.

Now how true is that? The perpetrator was identified to the state department. AND a human error occurred here in not pulling his visa and or putting him on a no-fly list.

Apparently they were going to question him when the plane landed. So an error in judgment occurred here in not notifying the crew and having the perpetrator under surveillance or having plane diverted to nearest airport.

Why would we label it as a systemic failure when at least a large part was error in human execution and follow through and perhaps bad judgment? Well they get to blame the systemic failure on Bush. They cant blame human error or bad judgement on Bush. Of course they can only get away with the systemic failure charade if no one asks why not taking away his visa wasn't done, or why they were waiting for end of flight in Detroit when there are dozens of airports between coast and Detroit.

Then someone needs to ask if they did a system review in the year they were in charge. Was this the first time they reviewed the system?

With the lame press you don't get the questions asked so the White House can make nonsensical statements like "It was a systemic failure". Did any of you really know what they meant by that? No one's at fault it was a systemic failure.

These are politicians so radical even socialist is a under statement. Maxine Waters said she would socialize the oil industry. Well there is no "socialization" of industry, what she meant was communism.

What the progressives fail to acknowledge is that their social engineering schemes and globalism is now fully exposed to the public.

California needs to save it's own behind

California can start out by selling its tremendous known oil reserves

California needs to establish a new way of leasing its oil reserves. Deep see oil can be obtained for about $22 per barrel so leasing at royalties 100% over acquisition costs is an adequate profit. A additional corporate gain until start-up costs are covered could be negotiated. That would be $44 a barrel going to drillers. Leaving $35 plus for California and federal royalties.

Facilities in British waters alone. Such operating costs places production costs for one barrel of oil at $22 per barrel, which is nearly the highest in the world. These costs are rising rapidly.

The federal government estimates that California's coastal waters could hold 10.13 billion barrels of oil. That's almost the same amount believed to lie beneath the Arctic National Wildlife Refuge which the Bush administration has pushed hard to open to exploration.

10.13 billion barrels times $35 is $354 billion dollars. Over 20 years that rounds out to $18 billion a year for California. Plenty enough to get California healthy.

"You know, I want to add though, to this idea of drill, drill, drill," Moore said. "Jane, I really think the only way out of this crisis is for Californians to realize if they want to raise the revenues to pay for all these social programs, they got $8 billion of revenues they can tap by developing their own resources right offshore. And, at some point liberals are going to have to decide in California - do they want all these social programs or are they not going to drill to get the money to pay for them."

I think there should be a whole lot more than $8billion. If need be, start a state owned oil project, Brazil and others do ok and hire out what expertise they need.

The president of the United States wouldn't insult over 50% of the population by calling them liars and deceitful. So he must also be pretending to be the president. When he pretends to be a Health Care expert he sends Grandma home with a pill and accuses doctors of unethical operations. When he pretends to be a financial expert he states United Health Care makes enormous profits. When he pretends to want energy independence he says build more solar panels and windmills. Unions, Free Enterprise and Other belief systems

I want to preface this with that I have no credentials to rant about psychology other than 68 years of existence and a personal curiosity

By DJMelfi "Runway Models" has not much to do with this blog, except it is a "GROUP" and may be my last chance to use this illustration.

What does it mean to be a member of a group? how do you identify with it and evaluate it? If we accept tenets like cognitive dissonance we know we might be capable of ignoring facts we are not comfortable with. If we are aware of cultures like Manson Family and Jonestown, we identify situations where we readily perceive that the falsehoods are easily understood, we still know that persons in these groups are totally committed and require extensive deprogramming if they are to leave these groups and re enter society at large. We necessarily understand the human condition allows for us to be totally muddled as to the truth, reality and intellectual honesty of our beliefs. Only removing us from the stream of DNA that is mankind can permit us to deny the very reality of what we believe is often erroneous and tainted.

How do we confirm and establish the roots of what we believe? One way is to study the historical record of what you believe. Another is to list the men you follow, who believe or believed the same as you, who they were and what were their credentials. Yet mostly this is circumstantial evidence, in the matters of belief systems exact proof is seldom available. Hence the need for the concepts of "Belief" and "Faith" versus Knowledge and fact.

If I use religion as an example, I can trace Christian beliefs through Pre Christ and Post Christ for 4000 years. I can establish it's force for good or evil and evaluate it's tenets through years of scholarship and discourse. Yet even then I have to confront Muslim beliefs which are newer and many beliefs which are as old or older than Christianity. There seems to be no full clarity even after 4000 years. And today man's hubris fueled by his science seems to raise him above all these traditional beliefs as archaic and out dated. As a consequence, in Muslim cultures for example, while Muslims cultures take credit for carrying man kind through the dark ages in science and other disciplines, today Islam seems to be anti-progress and reactionary. In Christian cultures a dogmatic approach to beliefs like creation seem to be opposed to modern scientific thought. It would seem that religions could have a "re sync" every 50 years or so and go through an update of thought that marries current recognized facts with the "beliefs". This would only recognize mankind's frailty to understand, not God's.

After thousands of years man's perceived success at understanding creation seems to have diminished God for many citizens and actually created new cults denying God. While atheists have always existed, they have not always been organized and vocal. It now seems that Mother Earth cultism may supplant the Almighty God as a religion. The Mother Earth as the source of all power is not a new concept and could parallel many peoples such as Native Americans whose great spirit always seemed to be connected to nature. Instead of the Christian concept of duty and responsibility to each other, the individual can and sometimes must be sacrificed for the good of the planet in these belief systems. In these systems man is not the master of the earth but a burdened guardian.

We can't prove God, it requires an act of faith inspired and supported by the Holy Spirit. So any real challenges to true believers goes unanswered. So the things we believe about God rely on Faith and not scientific facts. Truth even here seems evasive and subject to all of the group think and cognizant dissonance of any human belief system. From now on I will refer to group think as a belief system, because the new tricky shinning references seem to demean the topic.

Trying to understand the dynamics of belief systems in men can start by examining some of the characteristics that accompany this behavior in some common situations, then diametrically oppose it to the alternative concept.

Admittedly, I am having a difficult time transitioning to my point, which is that all of these allegiances seem to have more to do with the natural inclination of man to join and subscribe to groups and belief systems and that it seems to have little to do with truth or verifiable facts but is more an emotional or spiritual or mystical leap of faith. Much of this same dynamic seems to effect many of our institutions.

We can either believe that Unions such as SEIU are truly criminal organizations and actually have paid henchman to beat up tea partiers and opposing union members or that they are a cultist organization and certain over zealous members of the Union are willing to subject citizens to pain and humiliation to serve their cause. Of course, neither interpretation is flattering, but the answer to the question is rather important. I would be willing to say that at least some members fall into the latter category and are subject to cult like pressures.

If you are astute you may object that I offered false either / or choices about SEIU and am manipulating you to choose between two negatives, you would be right. I learned that from Obama. He is always offering us false choices. It is a trick. Obama constantly employs this trick and it is becoming nauseous.

I maintain that the belief of a given system isn't the main criteria by which to judge the system. The criteria is the outcomes. The Jonestown ended up in a shootout at an airport and 909 suicide murders an obvious outcome with any positives. Heavens gate ended in 60 suicides and no apparent positive outcomes. We can establish that Christianity has some mixed reviews but is accompanied by a myriad of positive outcomes.

This starts to crystallize my point to judge belief systems by their outcomes and not the veracity of their tenets, because almost no belief systems can be validated through scientific proofs. Things that are easily understood are mostly believed by everyone except some fringe elements and never have to rise to acts of faith accompanying most belief systems.

So we need to judge outcomes from systems because in most of the belief systems the actual veracity is constantly debated. Essentially doing the right things for the wrong reasons can have a good outcome, doing the wrong things for the right reasons does not.

UNIONS

So if I describe a Union as a group of individuals defining a process to guarantee equal outcomes from a human endeavor. This doesn't mean they don't want to compete. It means they don't want to compete individually. In some cases they may believe individual competition is less rewarding overall, in other cases they may just lack the initiative and drive to deal with additional complexities this brings, and just hand over that part of life skills to another. So there is a bargain, we will act as a collective, we will have a definition of performance and we will negotiate as a collective for compensation. The collective itself thrives from membership so there is no incentive to increase productivity and reduce membership. All of the pressures are on maintaining a status-quo thus a predictable outcome.

There are unionized systems where seniority effects compensation, mostly these are negotiated by management as a way to hire new workers at lower wages so that senior employees can be given raises. Essentially this is contrary to the union philosophy and not terribly prevalent except in last few years. Ford was one of the first major auto companies to implement a tiered salary among major unions. I followed the Ford example the next year and implemented a tiered system at the Company I worked at with 300 Union employees. This allowed us to increase wages of senior employees and save that money on new hires to finance the raise. Because we had a nucleus of 100 senior employees and a high turnover in the other 200, it saved the corporation a lot of money over a few years. This type of change can be negotiated because the "slighted" members are not yet part of the group. After 6-9 years it became harder because more members were receiving less than "senior" wages which took 3 years to reach and voting on contracts became more difficult.

These were warehouse employees and we had a quota of handling 650 cases a day. There were other warehouses in area doing 1250 and paid much more, so we tended to get the less energetic crowd to start with. Never the less, over 50% of the staff didn't meet quota and it was a constant contentious interface between Union and management to enforce even these moderate standards. New employees would come in and do a 1000 cases for a week or so before the Union explained they were taking someone Else's job away. For an individual trying to improve himself the only path was to move to a higher paying position such as fork lift driver. You couldn't promote the best workers, it was by seniority so often the worse workers moved up to more responsible jobs and did them just as badly. Your only real recourse was to get rid of workers during the first 90 days, before they got into the union, so initial turnover was high and there were very little second chances.

This was an example that worked, low productive workers, prodded by a committed supervisory staff as much as possible and compensated with low wages.

This takes a dedicated negotiating staff every 3 years or so, to keep wages in line with productivity. There are tremendous pressures to have wages increased in good years that take a knowledgeable and committed management staff to understand that the wages needed to match the value received and not the profit margins of the corporation. In reality, cost of living is the only real automatic increase that can be put on a bargaining table, unless value received increases in some way, work rule changes or something else tangible.

I have spent the time on discussing Unions because I have direct experience, our company was $150 million a year and I was Corporate IT manager. We had about 6 managers who did off and on duty during Union negotiations. During a couple of contracts I took a leadership roll.

I have a little different perception of Unions like Electrical and Plumbing, while they are just as rigid with work rules there is a little more justification for their existence because they do take an active role in assuring individuals are qualified and trained for the job. That control also guarantees them a lot of control on the job site and within their membership as well.

Example of Electrical Qualifications:

(c) Has completed a two-year electrical construction training program as described in RCW 19.28.191 for journeyman electricians, and two years (four thousand hours) of work experience in new industrial and/or new commercial electrical installations (excluding work described for specialty electricians or electrical technicians) under the direct supervision of a journeyman electrician while working for a general electrical contractor in the proper ratio, per RCW 19.28.161. See WAC 296-46B-971 for additional training school information.

UNIFORMITY

The result of that discussion should be that we can agree that many belief systems and institutions in our society support and pursue uniformity as a "Holy Grail" it is really odd man out in that the individual who diverges from the norm Handles too many cases thus causing different outcomes is chastised.

Definition of Union means:

a. The act of uniting or the state of being united.

b. A combination so formed, especially an alliance or confederation of people, parties, or political entities for mutual interest or benefit.

But it often results in UNIFORMITY. In fact it glorifies and honors uniformity. If we look at organizations like SEIU and their purple shirts and ACORN and their orange shirts you can see this uniformity is accentuated in many ways. Once this "SAMENESS" is emphasized and defined it is easier to alienate the members to other groups.

For example, during union negotiations it was hard to deal with the Union representatives distrust and suspicions of management. It easily drifted into animosity and boisterous behavior. Even Union stewards who dealt with management all the time seemed to be able to keep a constant chip on their shoulders.

It is easy to see ACORN and groups like that are built on the Union model with THE MAN and the FAT CAT substituted for management. Particularly when you know Union organizers founded groups like ACORN. I'm not sure how much equal outcomes are part of the ACORN scenario but I would guess it is high on the talking points.

I don't know if the conflict with the man or management is a required part of Union philosophy, but if you want to control the workplace in order to create political change it becomes a useful technique to demonize the beliefs and those that believe them that contradict your goals.

Our warehouse manager made $80-90,000 a year and 4 or 5 supervisors made $40-50,000, the 300 warehouse employees made from $20,000 to $30,000. That is a huge discrepancy. Mostly a non skilled laborer making $450 a week can not be bluntly told he isn't worth more, he just doesn't have enough added value. It is easy for the Union to keep the members jinned up with false issues like the Union members do most of the work and the warehouse manager is just a clerk pushing around papers but gets paid 3-4 times more..

Eligible employees cannot be laid off because of:

Introduction of new technology (such as robots)

Sourcing decisions

Company-implemented efficiency actions

Thus guaranteeing outcomes for workers at a very high cost to GM, It is work rules like this that cost the future of GM. Liberals like to say GM failed to modernize and keep up with the competition. Fact is there was no incentive for GM to modernize with contracts like that above. These contracts, negotiated by putting the companies under tremendous duress by selective strikes and pitting GM, FORD and CHRYSLER against each other had every thing to do with their failure.

The next thing you hear is they built the wrong cars, while the facts are that the Toyotas and Nisans et al started to build Vans and Suv's to compete not vice versa. The reputation of shoddily built Detroit cars was a liability of a Union employee who distanced himself ftom the company's success and clove to UAW success.

SENIORITY

The major tent in all unions is seniority, seniority gets you first choice on job openings, either promotions or work calls at the union hall. Seniority also confirms a built in racism and carpet bagging. In Philadelphia they are building a new sports center with city money, but all the senior union member are white and in the suburbs so the population of Philly which is 50% black gets only a 5%-10% black working and most of the money leaves the city to Union members 50 plus miles outside. Outcome is institutionalized discrimination and carpetbagging. OH YOU THOUGHT UNIONS WERE HELPING MINORITIES? Forget it, that's why they invented ACORN to control that population as the unions were leaving the inner cities.

Judging the outcomes of Unions is a mixed bag, the individuals seem to benefit in the short term but the union itself is destructive. Its is like the fruit poisoning the main plant. Evidence is unions due to their combined inherent power and political support and constant adversarial positions will overburden the companies, cities and states they deal with until these entities fail. I have no reason to believe otherwise. Unions are self destructive because they wield too much power and eventually and seemingly inevitably consume more wealth than they produce thus creating a drain on the system.

The Opposite of Uniformity and Equal Outcomes
Free Enterprise non union employees.

One thing you don't have is Union Stewards. You don't have intermediates that determine most of what you do all day long. You don't have intermediates that will represent your gripes and complaints. You have to represent yourself. Negotiate your value and compensation. This can happen in a couple of ways. First you can choose a company and industry where you know the policies and conditions suit your needs and you can prepare yourself as best possible to win employment there. For example Computer Technology, then a more definitive skill, and maybe even a Corporation you would like to work for.

As you increase your skills, you are either in an organization that aggressively rewards those skills and pursues excellence, or you need to learn to market and remarket yourself and negotiate for your compensation. This can be a continuous and unending process that requires you to hone your skills and except new challenges every day of your life.

A couple of things happen in this environment that doesn't happen in the Uniform outcome environment often.

1) You can over reach your peak level of competence in an area, for example given a management position over 10 people you find you can't cope with their issues and feel trapped in an unwanted advancement.

2) You are technically and skillfully capable and excel your fellow workers but you lack the skills to negotiate for yourself and keep giving more value for the same compensation. In most environments this person would just leave if he had the skills to negotiate for himself, he would become an independent contractor or find other ways to fulfill his potential.

What we can easily determine is this person in this system has a substantially different set of experiences than if he was in the Uniformity system. The Unequal outcomes system is chaotic and needs to be tamed and controlled by each individual experiences. The other thing is that you probably belong to no "WORK GROUP", you are independently responsible for yourself. You compete strictly for the value you can establish for your services.

For example take a waitress where the majority of income is from tips. She utilizes charm, friendliness and attentiveness to get the most from her clients. When she realizes she has exceptional abilities to do what she does she moves to a higher class establishment and for the same effort serves $100 meals instead of $20 dollar meals thus increasing her income 500% for the same physical effort. I want to make it clear that this unequal outcomes system isn't limited to some elite class of citizens.

Lets take an immigrant who maintains lawns for a landscape company, he learns a real skill in how and when to do what and can produce a great lawn for his clients, He leverages his competent and responsible skills by going into his own business and supervising 4 or 5 teams training them to do the job as well as he himself learned to. In this manner he moves up to a middle class income, where as by cutting lawns himself he could never do that. A person like this needs to negotiate prices, supervise workers and control the outcome of many aspects of his own life.

I have a nephew in Oklahoma, he worked for a few years refinishing floors and installing new ones for an independent contractor. He finally felt he had been given enough broken and empty promises by his employer and wanted to try starting on his own. This would require an initial investment of around $10,000 for equipment. He approached me for advice more than anything. I said get a local banker and we will make some arrangements. He found a local banker who would work with small business so I deposited $10,000 in escrow to back up a line of credit for him. This is a young man of 24 at the time. He proceeded to build his business and in a few years was billing about $600,000 a year with 2 or 4 crews working and had doubled his take home pay. Now at 30 he is a successful and respected contractor employing 6-8 workers. This is an example where sometimes it takes just a little help for someone to get something off the ground. A few years later I got my escrow back with the interest and it cost me nothing to help my nephew get started. I took a small risk, but the lad was made of the right stuff and had a chance coming. For a while he would call me up and discuss situations. My advice was always pretty simple, always keep your integrity and give as much if not more than you get in every deal.

Another thing that is MISSING from the variable outcome system is the CONTROLLERS, those who are committed to defining the outcomes and systems that guarantee outcomes. Here the equivalent of controllers would be numerous regulations and responsibilities of running a business.

Another thing that happens in a Uniform outcome system is that people leave. Maybe a worker starts his own business and leaves the Union. Maybe they go to a different job that isn't in the Union. This means that the Controllers have less than perfect control. The most important thing for them is membership, and all of the opportunities presented from the other system generating undetermined outcomes represents a lost opportunity for a union member.

The Problem Is

We probably need both systems. But the problem is the system allowing for controlled outcomes is aggressively committed to attacking the system of unequal opportunities and the employers. There is no sense of joint destiny. Unions need to restrain themselves they cannot consume all of our wealth.

Just last couple of months, at the height of our rescession Mercury Marine in southern Wisconsin made a final offer and threatened to move to Arkansas, The offer was marginal but they guaranteed to keep the plant open for 4 years. There were, I believe 2000 jobs at stake, but estimates were that other fallout with suppliers and other support obs would cost the state 10, 000 jobs. the Union told their employees it was a bluff and reccommended they vote it down. They Did and Outboard Marine announced they were closing the plant. The rank and file rebelled, organized against the Union and petitioned Outboard to allow another vote. Outboard seemed reluctant but finally agreed and the Union accepted the contract.

I believe there are a lot of citizens that should receive a decent wage for tasks such as picking up garbage or driving buses and teaching. However these compensations need to represent some standard versus the value supplied. The value cant be some philosophical nonsense like well nothing is as important as teaching your first graders, the value needs to be established based on the rarity of that skill in the society. Not picking up garbage can cause filth and disease and given a plague may be the most important thing on some matrix, but the skill is marginal and payment should be based on the skill level. High paying low-skill jobs just keep citizens in under performing roles and deprives society of their possible more valuable contributions.

The system of unequal outcomes which we christen as the free enterprise system does try to control some of the Uniformity seekers to keep the outcomes within the Free Enterprise system's definition of happiness. However, all in all, the free enterprise system is in a defensive posture not an aggressive one towards the equal outcome promoters.

ALLIANCES

Just like NATO and other alliance the power in our society is distributed among a number of groups. One citizen could be a member of multiple groups.

A) Liberals pro uniform outcomes
B) Conservatives pro un-uniform outcomes
C) Uncommitted Independents
D) Black Caucus
E) Unions

I am not comfortable that Black Caucus and Abortion are major political issues on the National scene but the reality is that it is so.

Currently the alliance between Liberal and Unions and the Black Caucus and parts of the independents has created a political majority, in essence these people are going to promote equal outcomes for the entire population. That is their fondest dream. I call it communism. I have no other word for it.

REALITY

Not all citizens need be required to accept either system as a inherent part of their lives. A fluid society where one can chose either system that suits them at the time fits the free enterprise system. In fact we probably need a third system which caters to those who cant meet the demands of the equal outcomes system of providing simple skills for a living wage. This is the so called safety net. A safety net that doesn't include the assumption you can at least progress to exchanging simple skills for a living wage is dehumanizing and unacceptable.

Self Sufficient WORK FARM/RANCH

A detailed discussion of the safety net problem is warranted, I am somewhat in favor of volunteer farms and ranches where a community provides it's own livelihood through it's own efforts. Flow from and to these establishments should be free and easy, Someone who just needs to simplify their life for a year or two could have a way to move himself and family to an environment where a simple 8 hours of honest effort would provide for their well being.

You might say we would need 20 million people in work farms. Not really so. Each person removed from the "Rat Race" reduces competition for other jobs, so there is an exponential impact. There is a potential need for a few million, this will create a different kind of economy for them, mostly we would want them to produce their own food and clothing. I visualize something like the Amish model without adherence to a non-modern philosophy. Some craft and other items including perhaps limited organic crops could be produced to be a cash crop to allow purchases of items produced outside of the commune. We don't want to produce a subsidized competition for other workers.

In these communities health care and energy might be provided free, but if designed correctly private transportation and other expensive trappings might be disallowed. Certain conditions would have to be agreed to, no drugs, controlled alcohol usage, no firearms. Communities would supply their own childcare and lower grades education.

UNION WORK

Basically this remains unchanged but needs to change it's goals to embrace those who make that choice. Their is no reason that a Union needs every employee in a corporation before it can represent a member in wage negotiations. There is no reason a union cant represent an employee in a negotiation with an HR department, a employee should be entitled to representation if he feels inadequate in negotiating his own salary and benefits.

This may not be a union function but it is a needed service in the unequal outcomes community. An agency public or private who can make judgments to equivalencies and establish a skill based value for an employee could be a useful entity. Today this takes place when a person decides to change jobs, it should be a process available to the employee. Some enlightened employers do provide assistance in helping employees transverse skill levels and negotiate for themselves.

However the aggressive demonizing of corporations and unequal outcomes should be toned down. We must make it clear that our society will not except equal outcomes be forced upon everyone. We must also establish methodology that allows unions to be voted away. It should always be a choice and never imposed on anyone. Health Care workers in California tried to bring in a new union and were terrorized by SEIU. This cant happen in a free society.

If unions are engaged in an unending spiral of higher wages for the same work they have an overall negative outcome of destroying wealth and jobs.

federal labor board decision this week has given a major victory to a breakaway union vying with the giant Service Employees International Union to represent tens of thousands of California healthcare workers. On Tuesday, the National Labor Relations Board called for elections to determine who has the right to represent some 2,300 Kaiser healthcare workers employed at various sites in Southern California. An SEIU affiliate currently represents the workers, but the breakaway group filed a petition in February challenging the SEIU. The balloting, likely to be held in January, will give employees a chance to choose between the two unions. WHOLE STORY

FREE ENTERPRISE: UNEQUAL OUTCOMES

As I review my life, 2 years in Army, 10 in private industry, 25 independent consultant, 10 in private industry, I believe a lot of it was too hard, too stressful and in some ways devastating. Much of it was unneeded stress, A small amount of preparation for the chaotic world of free enterprise could have gone a long way in easing the stress.

A kinder more gentle government would have made my 25 years of running my own business much easier.

Almost everything I have done with government agencies has been needlessly aggravating. Mostly it is I the citizen is the enemy and they are haughty and overbearing. Even the last possible transaction, I found $130 the government owed me from an overpayment to one of my corporations by searching the Internet. I sent photo copies of those tax returns and complete information with two signatures of officers notarized by my bank to certify my identification. After repeated incoherent form letters from them I gave up as too painful.

Instead of teaching our college attendees the glorious merits of equal outcomes for the average citizens , why cant we teach and educate citizens how to succeed in a free enterprise system. Then we need to modify our governments from the local neighborhood to the federal to be kinder to and to embrace free enterprise, not make it impossible to do business. Probably every start up business in this country is forced to break some law or another to exist. In the very least if at all possible they will hide money from the tax collector.

We need to be educated in how to make the free enterprise system work. How to develop expertise, market that expertise, build a reputation, start a consulting business and how this works in almost all endeavors from computer technology, auto repair, and machine parts. Valuable skills and expertise can be leveraged exceeding by many magnitudes what can be achieved by equal outcome systems.

Many of us follow these paths by trial and error, it doesn't need to be that chaotic.

If we want to run a free enterprise system we need to start learning just what that takes.

Failure needs to be less dramatic, a fallback option to retreat to a work commune would give that overall sense of well being that can remove the worse of the stress. It may also be true that it will cause some lessening of effort as well, but effort that results in illness and unbearable stress may not be a positive outcome either.

Summary:

Supporting a free enterprise system takes a lot more education preparation and effort than we have been putting into it. We educate our generations in communism but not capitalism and how to make it work. We also need to recognize that competing in a free enterprise system can be a demanding stressful experience and isn't suitable for everyone and we must provide enough alternatives to give a close fit for all members of our society to be successful.

And perhaps we should spend less time analyzing belief systems and more time evaluating results and outcomes. This is particularly true in education. We seem to enthralled in educational systems while results and outcomes deteriorate at an alarming rate.

Perhaps some combination of systems for our society and human endeavors is a dynamic approach that works. But if you don't have a free enterprise system as a large part you will not create innovation or add new wealth.

Lets be clear Obama, Pelosi, Reid, are communists by any definition you wish to use.

a form of socialism that abolishes private ownership

They want government ownership and control of everything.
They have contempt for our founding concepts and constitution.
They are enemies of the majority of the USA citizens.
Their meanness is endemic to a communist movement.
The people they now control the most are the worse off in this country.

This is a last ditch effort to salvage a failed governance philosophy.
Without a transformation the nation would have to face up to their failures
and they would be hat in hand begging the rest of us for help.

SCHOOLS

The progressives over the last 30 years have infiltrated our schools and now the abject failure of most of their schools can no longer be ignored. They have fallen into dismal disarray in most large cities where progressives rule. This mostly happens because of Union rule, most considerations go to pensions and Union benefits. Public employee Union benefits and retiree benefits are bankrupting communities. One of the items is health care entitlements, that is why this frenetic attempt to bury the problem in national legislature. It is a public Union bailout, without which these outlandish contracts would be exposed to the public. That is why vouchers CAN'T happen in the progressive world. Less money, Union layoffs, pension fund collapse and worse. The preoccupation with Unions have destroyed the work ethic and children are now educated to support the system not to have individual exceptional-ism. The inherent meanness and immorality of a communist doctrine has infiltrated our schools with immoral filth and unacceptable violence. Maybe the average teacher doesn't think of the MOVEMENT as communist, but their allegiance is to the Union not the school or the children.

CITIES AND GOVERNANCE

Progressives have commandeered the black vote and cities with large black populations have been governed by them for 30 years. The cities in blue states have been governed by progressives for many years. One notable exception was NYC during Guilani years, which saw an upbeat in most of NYC metrics. These cities have built up public payrolls to the breaking point enriched their Unions , expanded entitlements and services to their voting base and Taxed citizens to the braking point. Cities like Chicago with sales tax at 10.5% have no where to go. Once you have an economic turn down they are handcuffed. They then start raising sin taxes and fees, but everything has an end. Citizens finally vote with their feet and leave the city.

That is until the government fails to supply the services it has promised. Chicago is close to that point. Detroit crossed that line years ago and their population is 50% of what it was in 1960s.

As a city that has been under bankruptcy watch for quite some time now, denizens of Detroit were hardly shocked when news broke that their once glorious city currently embroiled in fiscal crisis is on the cusp of becoming a city entrenched in a battle for jobs.

Official records show that the Motor City has an unemployment rate of a little less than 30%, but local officials have are toting a more gloomy figure, saying that the actual unemployment figure puts jobless rates around 50%!

So the progressive philosophies are very near to being exposed as total failures as governing tenets. Their only hope to avoid exacting scrutiny is to transform the country into a communist economy NOW. I have tried to discuss Detroit with liberals and they are in constant denial. They have no idea what Unions or Politics have to do with Detroit's failure.

Chicago is close behind. Chicago survives a little longer because they are more diversified than Detroit. Liberals won't claim any responsibility for Detroit's failure, even though companies without Union burdens are doing well. They point to Detroit not building good cars and modernizing, well Union work rules made that almost impossible. It wasn't just money, work rules permeate every decision. Adding modernization didn't mean you could eliminate workers. Chicago hasn't yet experienced a population decline like Detroit.

Harry C. Alford, The president and CEO of the National Black Chamber of Commerce told Fox that the Unions in Philadelphia were carpet bagging workers from 60 miles away to get jobs building a new stadium in Philadelphia, 50% of Philadelphia is black. Only 5-10% of the jobs are held by blacks. This is a project paid for by the city and the money leaves the city because the fat cat Union workers will no longer live in Philly and the city doesn't have the moxie or intelligence to demand city labor be used because the Unions control much of the politics. The politicians won't take on the Unions. So here is an example of how Unions help bleed cities of their wealth and practice an institutionalized racism. Philadelphia unemployment rate is 10% or more.

SUMMARY

Progressive tax and spend and obvious anti business ideologies do not create prosperous communities. Actually they have taken prosperous communities and driven them to despair. There are now numerous communities some as California large economies, California if an independent state would have been the 10th largest economy in the world in 2007. Essentially without a huge tax burden on their citizens or a national bail out California is bankrupt. They have seen a recent vote with your feet exit from California which dilutes the tax base even further. In the last year California has lost 1 million citizens.

It was a quiet morning, 2001, September 11.

Jerald Dever was working quietly at his computer, occasionally glancing out of his window from the 50th floor. He was a statistician for a large financial office. He had been crunching some mortgage stats for over a week. Home values, size of mortgages and refinancing and line of credits in 15 large metropolitan areas.

Jerald's task was to develop a trend average and evaluation and project home values and mortgage instruments for the country and trends for the next few years. Jerald had been doing data analysis for over 20 years and was good at it. Mortgage trends were new to Jerald but his attitude had always been a number was a number and he never met a data set he didn't like. But these numbers were somewhat disturbing.

Jerald leaned over and hit the intercom, “Dan come in here world you?” A moment later Dan appeared, Jerald looked and glimpsed a wispy cloud on the horizon.

“Whazup?” Dan growled as he came into the room.

“Look at this plot”.

“OK, nice plot Jer.”

“Comon, I'll explain”

“Yeah, I'd bet on that.... and explain, and explain...maybe coffee first?”

"OK, OK, turn that thing off." Said the swarthy man at the head of the conference table. It was a huge room without any windows, A large screen descended from the ceiling and started to be withdrawn when the projector was turned off. There were six people at the table.

"Nah she is correct, we can always squelch this thing, even if a vote gets to the floor, we'll pump up the racism angle. There is a lot of the opposition very leery of being stigmatized as racist."

It was a big room, soundproofed and armed with surveillance and electronic detectors, still they never spoke each others names or mentioned any places that might identify themselves to any eavesdropping devices.

The Swarthy man spoke again, "Everyone understands that Fannie and Freddie are essential components to our plan. This can't happen without a huge effort to soak up all this paper, the community organization will have to push on them to open up even more, relax lending even more, here... our guys prepared a speech, the affordable housing manifesto they call it.... give this on the floor and you'll have them all wee weed up for more mortgages."

"The community people can come up with as many buyers as we can plow thru. Were starting to utilize the illegal aliens, that's potentially another 3 million. We've solved any problem with property shortages, there are projects going on now in Chicago and L.A. and other cities to build affordable housing. In Detroit they are working on a plan to sell the same property multiple times..."

"Whoa sell the same property multiple times? Isn't that opening up an avenue of unnecessary risk?"

"We need to have approximately 10 million sub standard mortgages, we need them below water and we need to pull the plug in every major city simultaneously. It won't matter what anyone figures out after the fact. The financial markets will be DOWN and there will be nobody to call us out.

"We are getting a unanticipated bonus as well, while we are forcing feeding Affordable housing through our exercise" He creaked his fingers of both hands in a familiar quote quote gesture when he said the word fordable. "the more conventional folks are refinancing as their values go up, we are actually driving up values across a large range of price points we hadn't anticipated. The key to this THING of ours " Again his figers flailed the quote signs in the air at the word THING. "is refinancing, or flipping, there has to be no equity behind this paper when we pull the plug"

Who Should Lead

You need to decide what the country should be. Should we follow the traditions of our forefathers who saw a country with unending resources and opportunities that could provide the foundation of a new IDEAL. Life, liberty and Pursuit of happiness. This is an endorsement of the individual. Or do we endorse the collective, that diminishes the individual and encourages equal outcomes and distribution of wealth not based on individual achievements, Our decision will dictate the leaders we choose for our country in the future. Do not expect Academics and attorneys and men who choose to debate and lecture rather than build and create to lead a nation of exuberant free men.

If you choose an academic seeped in progressive theories and exposed to communist professors and elitist concepts, you will find the real simplicity of freedom escapes them. There are too few rules and too little control. Why God anything could happen!! I think we can listen to some of the founders and take some of that wisdom forward with us.

7) He dosnt understand OR LIKE capitalism as he buys auto companies, cash for clunkers and other idiot moves.

8) He accuses "RICH" of not doing their share, yet Warren Buffet, George Soros and Bill Gates have $100 billion between them, he isn't asking for that money.

Cognitive Dissonance or Group Think: how to understand GROUP THINK and WIN with that knowledge

As a member of the Conservative group I want my group to succeed, this means working hard to understand what groups are and trying to have that knowledge work for my group to make the Sarah Palin doctrine a reality.

I'm dropping this in here because it is the liberal most popular way to explain your failing to believe the CORRECT things. I hate the progressive tactic of coming up with some bleak term for your group and explaining why you can believe what they think is unbelievable. So Jonesville and Heaven's gate and CONSERVATISM is explained with this term cognitive dissonance -- therapy jargon for not wanting to see what I didn't want to see. They needed this explanation because they had a hard time explaining away smart conservatives. Mostly they will convince you there are not too many smart conservatives. But if you come up with one like Chaney or Newt Gingrich they need a way to explain it. they have cognitive dissonance to explain this, smart conservatives just don't process all the facts. They selectively eliminate any contrarian beliefs, thus they are still smart but don't use all the facts. This probably happens without their conscious intervention.

This is a flaw in their DNA, Or has something to do with watching FOX news which carefully edits what you are allowed to hear.

Bush is stupid, (but he flew a jet and had better grades than John Kerry), Palin is stupid (but she ran a town and a state.)

First we are accused of being stupid and if those simple accusations of STUPID don't work , meaning the citizens don't buy it, then they play the cognitive dissonance, and walk away with a big win. IN THEIR MIND.

It is more or less agreed that these are the eight aspects of GROUP THINK

5. Direct pressure on dissenters – Members are under pressure not to express arguments
against any of the group’s views.

6. Self-censorship – Doubts and deviations from the perceived group consensus are not expressed.

7. Illusion of unanimity – The majority view and judgments are assumed to be unanimous.

8. Self-appointed ‘mindguards’ – Members protect the group and the leader from information
that is problematic or contradictory to the group’s cohesiveness, view, and/or decisions.

If you apply this to Heavens Gate, Jonesville, Nazism or other GROUP THINK large or small you will see this is a pretty accurate depiction of those human endeavors which I refer to as GROUPING. Grouping is evident in all kinds of mans experiences as juvenile as to whether you prefer Pepsi or Coke or as profound as whether you are Capitalists or Communists. Obviously, there is the ability to join numerous groups over many venues. It would be schizophrenic to be both a Capitalist and a communist so these human beings don't exist mostly.

Now a Pepsi groupie may not persecute a Coke groupie but he will be confused and frustrated why the Code guy doesn't "GET" it. So obviously groupings have different levels of importance to the groupies. But it escalates to life and death struggle pretty easily such as soccer game riots.

Need I mention Islamic radicals?

The interesting point would be that it doesn't seem to matter how accurate or how momentous the beliefs are. The intensity is more a matter of the enthusiasm of the groupies. This might be because of some charismatic leader or of some cascading of grouping. For example, A Chicago, Illinois White Sox baseball fan has groups of Favorite sport, home state, and City all reinforcing the other.

Conservatives need to understand that the elitists with Harvard educations and equivalencies do belong to a group that know you are not capable of making your own decisions, and certainly not decisions effecting the country. They will say things like "people should have to be educated before they can vote". They have absolutely no understanding that your vote can legitimately be cast in your own self interest. They have a concept that they belong to a group that is dedicated to a greater cause than self interest.

If you run conservation, global warming, socialism and communism through the test of the 8 aspects of "group think" you will see that they meet all the criteria as well as cognitive dissonance. It is especially true of the Higher Moral standing and other egocentric attributes of these groups.

SO WHERE DOES THIS GET US?

The only useful strategy is to ignore DIRECT debate as a useful tactic, cognitive dissonance makes that non feasible, no one will change their mind and we do not have time to deprogram 23 million progressives and rehabilitate them. One on one debate is a time losing proposition, you can see that on news programs where everyone "shouts out" their "talking points", I never see anyone say "Yeah I didn't think of that your right!". The best way is to actually discredit what an opposing group believes in. Take the Global Warmist groupies for example. You have a few leaders and millions of followers. If you can discredit the leaders you will chunk off a lot of followers, after all winning is an important part of the grouping psychology, and if you are raising the chances of failure you will start seeing the groupies drop off.

So along comes the Climate Research Unit of Anglia hack. A dozen or so Scientists are brought up for scrutiny. Did they control peer review to suppress dissenting opinions. Did they falsify or hide data. Did they conspire to change data and "trick" programs? Maybe they did and maybe they didn't. The point is that they are discredited in some people minds, and people who were in the group might see it sinking and resign membership.

The truth of the emails doesn't necessarily determine the impact, it's the believability, That's why we start to see all sorts of fabrications and lies, because even tho we may be subject to cognitive dissonance there may be an opportunity to pick off some group members with stories of corruption, sexual misconduct, animal cruelty and so on because these resonate with individuals more than their group affiliations. I would caution conservatives that dirty tricks is not a good way to build an enduring group, and I do not recommend it.

It would be like finding an original Quran that said love the infidels as you love God. The people who really had to hate infidels would need a new group, at the least we would have a schism. A Schism is a good thing for the opposing group because it cuts the size of the opposing groups. More often than not, especially in a representative democracy a larger group is a more powerful group. Resolutely preaching tenets to those who haven't yet chosen a group is an effective way to grow your group, there is no better forum than schools to do this. Ask Mao, Stalin, Hitler, Mussolini, Castro. Another effective means to shrink the opposing group is to kill them Ask Mao, Stalin, Hitler, Mussolini, Castro.

So am I proposing a religious movement? No not at all. I am presenting to you one of the most successful and self expanding groups of all time. I gave a small glimpse of why it was successful. I tell you with certainty that this movement about Dignity of spirit and man himself, about love and self love, individual freedoms and rights are spelled out in glorious simplicity above left in the five commandments for man. I believe the five commandments about God are optional. But to have a reasonable functioning society the law is based on the five commandments for man it always has been. I don't see things improving.

I think they, liberals and progressives ridicule our God, challenge us to prove the unprovable, say we dis avow science, use that as a leverage to abuse our intelligence. And I am saying to you, my relationship with God can be a private thing, and should be of no concern to them.

We need not explain the five commandments of MAN, they are self evident.

FIVE: 'Honor your father and your mother.'
SIX: 'You shall not murder.'
SEVEN: 'You shall not commit adultery.'

These are 4000 year old principles established before Christianity.

I am often bent to wonder about the vehemence and acidity in the rhetoric in our politics. At the leadership Level, Pelosi calls us Astroturfers, a perceived insult that indicates we are less than blue blooded honest Citizens.

Harry Reid says we are Evil Mongers. Obama stops his mopping to call us "THEM" and "THOSE WHO MADE THE MESS", like it was a pile of dog poop we dropped in front of HIM.

No mention of Barney Franks and Maxine Waters and Dodd who were the Architects of the financial crisis.

Yuri Bezmenov was a KGB defector in the 1960's. He warned that our institutions were being infiltrated by communist's teachings with no opposing teaching of USA principles. He Says

Exposure to real information means nothing to these fully demoralized USA citizens. He mentions Jane Fonda as an example. He says there is no way to show them anything. Our local Conservative Talk Show host Vicki McKenna admits she was brainwashed to be a communist in College, University of Wisconsin I believe. I'm not sure what epiphany saved her from the brink but she needed to "Clean herself up". She is 41 or so, same genre as Obama. We know Obama has written his chosen associates were communist professors.

Stay with me. The point is, the heartland and bible clutching gun clutching average Citizen hasn't had this brain washing demoralization take place. That's why we can still see the positives about USA and they can't. Certain numbers of Citizens are groupies and will follow the President and authority no matter what. A certain number of Citizens are so dependent on entitlements that they will follow the perceived purveyors of these handouts into the brink blindly. They define this country as the check in the mail.

WE CAN TOTALLY IGNORE THE LESS THAN 30MILLION voters who are demoralized, they are not worth our effort, Union workers, members minorities who are blindly following progressive leaders. IGNORE THEM. They can find us, we are not looking for them because they are brainwashed and we don't have time or resources to deprogram them.

The social programs that seniors are dependent on have stripped seniors of their savings and in many cases put them into a dependency on the state, as was the PLAN. For most of our lives we have paid in 17% into social security (8.5 employer and 8.5% worker FICA) then an additional 2.9% for medicare and 3% or more for workman's compensation at state levels and you are close to 25% paid into entitlement programs.

If I had control of that money I would probably have 2.5 Million Now.

Just think 25% of your lifetime earnings with a reasonable compounded return over 40+ years.

So for most middle class Senior Citizens we are not standing around with our hands out, we just want a reasonable return for these taxes and our cheating lying government cant do it. They have stolen our wealth in the name of their entitlements.

The progressives can not directly address these issues. They know there is some ultimate time that the government will own everything and they can get it right. Their current excuse is their plan isn't "complete".

There are probably about 2 million citizens driving the demoralization of USA. There are 15million union members who will follow the union bosses, mostly public employees. About 10 million adult minorities who will vote democratic almost automatically because they think the dems "look Out" for them.

That is 27 million that you cant touch or make any sense to.

131 million voters in 2008.

27 million Demoralized Citizens, they may not be socialist/communists but they are committed to the Unions or the entitlements or they are the Elitists like Obama who hate the USA, They are irrevocable groupies in the genre of Jonesville and Heavens Gate.

Let me point out that in 2004 Republicans were 30%. I postulate that polls would be up for party in power and down for that out of power just because Citizens want to be with the winner. But these are the best numbers I can find so we will use them.

47.1 Million Democrats (of which 23 million are totally demoralized)

When you look at Party affiliation you have a real problem with republicans winning elections, they need a real boost from Independents.

But if we look at stats from Ideology point of view

37% Conservative 48.5 Million
36% Moderate 47.1 Million
19% Liberal 24.9 Million (this is close to our estimate of 23 million demoralized Citizens)

When you look at Ideology you would suppose a conservative can easily win every election. Our mission should be clear. Define the Liberal Progressive candidates as RADICAL liberals, push that concept incessantly.

Define the Conservative candidate as a Strong conservative with a tinge of moderation. No compassionate conservative Bush wore that out. But a strong Constitutionalist who wants a good safety net for underprivileged, with a road out of welfare for each individual.

1) I AM CONVINCED IT IS A SIMPLE CASE OF DEFINING THE CANDIDATES ON BOTH SIDES.
2) THE SECOND THING IS TO GET SENIOR CITIZENS TO VOTE FOR A CONSERVATIVE CANDIDATE, Drive them to the polls, register them. We probably have 10 million seniors we can bring to the polls.

Bottom line is no one has proved anything about global warming.

Again in an attempt to keep this simple, I present a number of examples of the group principle ranging from Spanish Inquisition, witch burning in Salem to Soccer games around the world. There are groups who infect harm on others, groups who inflict harm on themselves.

GROUPING together is a natural tendency of the human species. Even though we pride ourselves as intelligent beings, it doesn't seem like validity or deep rational thought is required in this process. ONLY PERCEIVED SELF INTEREST or the defense of our CAUSE.

Now here is USA we have a schism of political beliefs and everyone is arguing the merits of progressive ideology against conservatism.

It seems we are going to become a "FAN" of something just by our nature.

The concepts of an inquisition and inquisitorial procedure lie deep in the roots of world history. Inquisitions were used during the decline of the Roman Empire until the Spanish Inquisition's decline in the early 1800s. An inquisition can be run by both civil and church authorities in order to root out non-believers from a nation or religion. The Spanish Inquisition was one of the most deadly inquisitions in history.

Ferdinand and Isabella chose Catholicism to unite Spain and in 1478 asked permission of the pope to begin the Spanish Inquisition to purify the people of Spain. They began by driving out Jews, Protestants and other non-believers.

In 1483 Tomas de Torquemada became the inquisitor-general for most of Spain. He was responsible for establishing the rules of inquisitorial procedure and creating branches of the Inquisition in various cities. He remained the leader of the Spanish Inquisition for fifteen years and is believed to be responsible for the execution of around 2,000 Spaniards. The Catholic Church and the Pope attempted to intervene in the bloody Spanish Inquisition but were unable to wrench the extremely useful political tool from the hands of the Spanish rulers.

(There are rumors that a few citizens at FOX pour their Kool Aid down the toilet) The two offenders slipped through the cracks by trading their Kool aid rations to the Chipawa-Amercan Indians in Michigan for smelt and selling the smelt to rich Mexicans across the border.

In other news, the Chinese have finished there oil rigs off of Los Angeles, they broke there promis to hire Illegal-Alien-Americans and brought 22,000 Uighurs refugies from China to work the rigs. How a communist president and his crew mis-calculated a presidency.

The Obama crew won an election because you had a disheartened conservative base. Even though the conservatives liked and respected Bush they still felt betrayed with too much spending and increasing debt. McCain seemed a worse choice than Bush. The myth that the Republican party needed a broader range of ideas and ideologies was wrong. McCain was the wrong candidate for conservatives. But I think he won primaries because the republican party was buying into some more centrist ideology.

We know the McCain presidency wasn't exciting the conservatives.

It is amazing that the country elected a man with no past. No college records, no medical records, no birth certificate and friends he didn't really know and a church where he never listened to the sermons and a record of inactivity and no evidence he did anything to help Chicago or Illinois be better.

But Obama got elected with his crew. Obama and his crew always have this acute awareness of who they are. Obama moved in a circle of corrupt politicians who lived large off graft and fraud with their partners like Rezco. Michelle had a plushy job paid for by Obama getting them Illinois grants.

The range of Obama's experiences are this.:

1)There are a group of people that you can manipulate. He preached at them and gave them orange shirts and they did what he trained them to do. These are the ones who now chant “Obama Obama where is the stash, I want my Obama money.”
2)There are a group of people who decide what the orange shirted people should do, these are corrupt politicians and elitist educators and legal enablers and their unions.
3)The corrupt politicians are vested with the responsibility to get money to buy orange shirts and and provide the Orange shirted enough sustenance that they can vote and get others to vote but not enough that they can leave their district and splinter the voting block.
4)The elitist educators are in charge of figuring out how to game the system and raise a new generation of communists and basically incompetent people who will need a lot of help and leadership in the future.
5)The legal enablers figure out how to take the elitists ideas and train the politicians to enact them into law.
6)The unions provide manpower and muscle when needed, and are part of a partnership where favoritism is exchanged for money.

Obama is unique in that he belongs to all three groups the politician group and the elitist educator group and the legal group. This gives him a status in the cabal of progressive worlds. However Obama thought he knew everything about what it takes, his Moa Tse Tung and Marxist training was working, the orange shirted population was falling in line and the lawyers and politicians were implementing the agenda.

This cabal gathers and drinks their vodka martinis and discusses their communist dreams late into the nights. They argue about the nuances between Moa Tse Tung and Lenin. They talk about rules of engagement and great worldly objectives. They talk about the sheepies who are the orange shirts and other proletariat that just do what they are told and have no ideas or exceptionalism. They are used to being in their classrooms and in the inner streets watching everyone nod when they use their intellectual “GIFTS”.

They constantly disparage THEM, the others who are conservative and represent the exact opposite of what they believe. They speak of conservatives in a vague and distracted way. First they don't really know many. There aren't many conservatives left in Chicago and Illinois politics and none in the educational system.

Obama's college career gave him no reason to understand conservatives or to believe they were anything but insignificant.

Obama campaigned across 57 states surrounded by the same cabal from Chicago he always associated with minus a terrorist or two and a Pastor or so. When he was in front of a crowd they were his chosen people, the orange shirted ones and the unions ones. They laughed at his jokes and cried a lot. It was all very emotional. Obama had no reason to believe the rest of the world was any different than the Chicago he knew.

Obama spoke of uniting, post partisan, post racial post post. That was when he still thought conservatism was an old concept, that it was outlived its purpose. He openly disparaged the constitution in open forum, public radio. Why? Because this is what he does EVERY NIGHT over vodka martinis with his educator and terrorist friends, and certainly his pastor.

Slowly as Obama started to execute his presidency and his radical programs, universal health care, cap and trade, card check, and others found wide spread resistance across the country he was incredulous. This was nonsense a few radicals from the right were blowing smoke up everyone's ass. They still believe that, him and all of his PHDs and educator friends are convinced the public dosnt understand, they are being lied to. If they knew the truth they would embrace the superior ideas of the progressives. He calls us THEM. Tell them to mop.

Obama never had a problem lying and fabricating on national TV. He had been doing it all his professional life to his students and the orange shirts. They just nodded and said AMEN AMEN. Now he couldn't make a point anymore. THEY refuted his lies and challenged his ideas. Progressives who don't get agreement keep telling you you aren't listening. They can't believe if you listened that their thoughts aren't so pristine and perfect that you could disagree with them. The problem with progressive thought is it is so radical it requires everyone agrees. Their ideologies place a lot of requirements on every individual in order to work. Like everyone has to work for the same compensation, drive the same car, set thermostat at same level and use the same toilet paper, wear orange shirts.

So Obama isn't everyone's president, he is president to the Some politicians, Orange shirts, Unions, Educators, and some attorneys, He isn't and can never be president to THEM And who are THEM?

Simply people who want to choose their own toilet paper..

Conservatives are by contrast pretty simple. You don't get to argue with them about too much, they don't have a million ideas about how you should run your one life, only one actually: "YOU SHOULD RUN YOUR OWN LIFE". Conservatives think that is what our founders meant. Life, Liberty, pursuit of happiness belongs to US, not the government. Nor do we want the government to define life, when it begins or ends. Nor do we want the government to define liberty, we think it means there is no definition of possibilities. We certainly don't want the government to define our happiness.
