Federal judge allows Obama eligibility case to go forward

SANTA ANA, Calif. – On Sept. 8, U.S. District Court Judge David O. Carter ordered a scheduling conference for Oct. 5, 2009, allowing the Obama eligibility case filed by Dr. Orly Taitz, Esq. on behalf Captain Pamela Barnett, Alan Keyes and others to proceed.

Dr Orly Taitz is one of the lawyers in many lawsuits demanding that Barack Hussein Obama/Barry Soetoro prove his eligibility for Office of the President of the United States of America.

Summonses have been issued in the case of an Army captain seeking to stop her deployment by questioning the legitimacy of Barack Obama’s presidency, court records show.
