A new movement

I keep getting a lot of commentary that Politicians are going to lie, steal et. al. I keep replying I think the new conservative movement is about changing that. We dont want to spend any time defending bush or protecting REPUBLICANS from their failings.

I don't want my grandchildren to have to deal with a lifetime of lies and corruption.

We need a strong commitment to truth and integrity. I want a slate of candidates that UNDERSTAND they will answer to us. Just how do we get this done? I just dont want to run out and vote for a republican dude.

We need the RNC to establish a vetting system for EVERY CANDIDATE they give money to or endorse REGARDLESS of their seniority or current position I want every Republican Senator scrutinized. That is only 50-70 guys.
If we have an honest senate we can control the process.
We need a clear platform.
We need our own OATH and a clear mandate from the voter to pull the plug.
We need recall laws in states and a public willing to exercise that prerogative.... Read More
How about everyone investigating their own senators and be ready to post results?
We can set up a Face Book for each senator.
Anyone interested?

Obama's Chicago

1999 AD Chicago 5651 arrests of street prostitutes a couple thousand under 25. Thats 120 a week. Young under 17 arent mostly on the streets because they are too valuable and if they are obviously young they will go thru juvenile and be held. Adult prostitutes will be out right away. That dosnt say anything about girls working inside because Chicago cops don't even look for them.

Street gangs have killed 1300 people in about 5 years in Chicago.

PROSTITUTION

I love you the way you are

They yell:

Insurance companies are evil.
Insurance companies make big profits so government insurance would be cheaper.
Insurance companies ration care, our government wouldn't do that.
Banks are evil.
Bankers make too much money,
We need to decide ho...w much money bankers should make.

AND YOU BUY IT.

You let them teach you to hate your fellow citizens.
They send criminal ACORN to harass bankers in their homes.

YOU APPLAUD.

They will lie to you
Turn you against your fellow citizens
Steal your minds
AND THEN
Steal your freedom

Obama and team despises you
They think you bare too many children,
they think you are too fat,
they think you consume too much energy

Their dream of transforming you into a perfect citizen
Is your worse nightmare.

I wouldn't lie to you
I love you the way you are

Rev Manning

It is amazing that Oberman, Dowd and Jimmy Carter and these types are so radical that they would rather see riots in the streets than acknowledge legitimate descent.

Too bad hate crimes isnt a democratic principle.

Its now time for the Black people to speak up for a country that just elected a black President and has bent over backwards to establish a legit opportunity for all citizens.

Yet 70% black children are born without a acknowledged father.
1.2 million blacks (36 million 2002 census 4% of their population) are in prison.
75% blacks graduate High School illiterate in big cities

We know that blacks have the ability to excel, sports, entertainment, business. So how do you define the problem? I define the problem as leaders like Obama, Wright, Jesse Jackson who rather empower themselves on the back of the black population. All 3 of these leaders have Million Dollar plus homes.

Black leaders don't improve their constituents because a successful integrated black population would deprive them of their power base. They are the new MASTERS.

And the left needs the enslavement of blacks intellectually without their 90% democratic vote the democratic party would be reduced to a distant rival.

You cant get 90% of any well educated group of people to agree on anything, thus the democrats and Obama haver no real eagerness to educate blacks. Thats why the 100million Obama passed out in Chicago as part of the Annenberg foundation didnt educate anyone.

We need some real black leaders who will want to PUSH their constituents not steal from them and LEAD them.

MSNBC foments riots

MSNBC Is a combination of Microsoft and NBC
Microsoft gets you to Bill Gates and Paul Allen
NBC gets you to GE 80% owner and Vivendi a French Co 20%

We need to start a massive blog campaign, flood the cyberspace with these questions.

"Why would Microsoft and Bill Gates and Paul Allen let there name be associated with an organization that foments riots racism and distorts the political discussion in this country?"

"Why does a French Company Vivendi invest in MSNBC an organization that foments riots racism and distorts the political discussion in this country?"

"Why does GE a large multi-national support an organization that foments riots racism and distorts the political discussion in this country MSNBC GE Donations to China Exceed $4 Million. ACORN: Because this is the HOOD and thats the way it is.

You need to have grown up in a big city ethnic HOOD background to get it.

One day the prostitutes show up on the corner, they were chased off from somewhere else, but the cops let them float around. Once a neighborhood has complained enough the cops may shag them somewhere else for a while.

They stop your car and ask "Honey are you a cop" (the cops are not allowed to lie) then "Honey want a date?" Mostly they wont mess with you because the CORNER needs a relatively good reputation else business goes down hill.

Now these gals run from raunchy middle aged to unbelievably hot youngsters. And at midnight in car lights the in between even look gorgeous.

So this goes on your street corner every night. You don't pay or play but you see it. You talk to your brothers and sisters about it. Did you see that white gal with the silver jumpsuit, or the six foot tall black one. Was she a man?

Now understand that prostitution is an integrated business, you need all styles and shapes and colors to run a good corner. And probably all 4 or 5 genders you can come up with.

So these ACORN ladies are snoozing, every once in a while the six kids they are baby sitting cry and wake them up. So in walks Hannah (Tingle) and pimp and they start this Prostitute sting. The big lady nods her heads and looks SO WISE. She know all about it, after all they do that on her corner.

Now she don't really KNOW all about it but she wants to be IMPORTANT... cause reality if she knew all about it she wouldn't be sitting in that shit office working for ACORN....

The point, finally, is if you are thoroughly acclimated to that environment it is an easy leap to this kind of discussion.

These gals probably never set up a brothel in there life. And if they had they would turn you into the local pimp and have him take CARE of you.

They probably do have family, acquaintances etc in the BUSINESS

Because this is the HOOD and that's the way it is.

Charles Rangel

hen normal people happen to "find" their own money, it might mean a twenty left in a winter coat, or discovering change beneath the sofa cushions. But if you're Charlie Rangel, it means doubling your net worth.

Earlier this month the Chairman of the tax-writing Ways and Means Committee "amended" his 2007 financial disclosure form—to the tune of more than a half-million dollars in previously unreported assets and income. That number may be as high as $780,000, because Congress's ethics rules only require the Members to report their finances within broad ranges. This voyage of personal financial discovery brings Mr. Rangel's net worth for 2007 to somewhere between $1.028 million and $2.495 million, while his previous statement came in at $516,015 and $1.316 million.

The Absent-Minded Chairman

The press itself has become the divisive element in our society.

It is left to the new media to present anything resembling the news. That leaves conservative being THRUST into the laps of Rush and Glenn (I am fan of both). FOX reports Acorn brothel story and the Media finds it an annoyance because it interrupted their script for the week. CNN wavered between accusing the reporters of criminal activity and staging pseudo investigative stories that came close to representing THEIR employee as the investigator. I don' know what percentage of ACORN has conducted criminal activity but certainly ANY CRIMINAL activity by a major partner in the CENSUS would be news. BUT NOT TO MAINSTREAM. Bill Moyer represents Van Jones as a poor Black Guy that called republicans a naughty name and was fired by it, not mentioning Van Jones VERY RACIST orientation and his avowed communism OR his support of BUSH planned the 911 attack.

The press itself has become the divisive element in our society.

The left has an extraordinary capacity for lying, it boggles the mind. Only the MOST uninformed would read Bill Moyer and not puke when he says Obama fired Van Jones just because he called Republicans A**Holes. Then he revs up to say they need a tougher Obama, like the other black guy Mohammad Ali. Jesus how racist can you get? Bill.

Well elections matter and 2010 and 2012 will define our future. If Obama loses in 2012 they left will drown our country in racist propaganda. totally forgeting we did elect Obama after all.

People like Moyer are sick. Much more so than Glen or Rush... But until the Mainstream reports farly these fringe radicals will draw a ton of viewers. IT IS A SAD TRUTH YOU CANT GET THE NEWS from NYTimes, CNN, NBC, CBS, ABC, MSNBC, and other
outlets.
======================================

I was blogging on White House Face Book and made a comment about getting the Illegals to move back home by getting ACORN to open crack houses and Brothels with 13 adolescent girls from El Salvador in the Mexican neighborhoods, or amputating their feet needlessly or threatening to pull their kids tonsils.

A nice lady trashed me for being vulgar and needlessly obscene because children might read the White House blog.

I replied with a relatively mild come back because JEEZE I really don't want to corrupt the kids.

Apparently she did some research and found out about Steve O'Keef and Hannah Giles sting of ACORN.

She actually EMAILED me to my Face Book later to apologize, apparently she, even tho she was motivated enough to be blogging on the White House Face Book hadn't heard ANYTHING about ACORN and thought I was just jizzing up some fornication humor.

Now I don't know why it is better for the kids if it is REALLY TRUE, but it seemed to make a difference to her.

This has brought certain things to mind. This decent liberal gal wasnt exposed to the truth 3 days later. She had to learn it by accident from me. When she knew it she actually did a very civil reasonalble thing and apologized to a rabid conservative.

Now I supposed that the Main Stream Media is at least somewhat to blame. If this lady had been exposed to the truth she wouldn't have gotten all upset at my bizarre sexual comments and we could have avoided one lib/cons conflict.

I then wondered how many conflicts there would really be left if the media was reporting honestly

TIMES REPORTED FIRING ACORN FROM CENSUS and didnt mention SEX SCANDAL till bottom of 2nd page, hoping no one world read that far.

Bill Moyers reported Van Jones was fired because he called republicans A**holes, and Obama should be tougher like the other blcak guy ALI. He didn't say Mohamed Ali because Barack Hussien Obama and Mohhamid Ali would just be too mush Islam in one sentence.

Obama decieves you every time he speaks

Obama decieves you every minute, relentless lies, LIES LIES
But you cant say the man lies, so his followers live in a world of fiction.

Must be a new Dem strategy, if the pres lies they'll believe it.

This is a lie Obama and Pelosi and the whole crew repeat. "Insurance companies make record profits" and if you listen to your lying president it's because they pull the plug on patirnts. break their contract? I think not.

"The truth is that health insurance is one of the least profitable industries in America. In fact, according to Fortune magazine, such companies only make 2.2 cents for every dollar of gross sales:"

GIBBS another arrogant lie

GIBBS: the insurers spend time ''cherry picking'' ?
We could save all the salaries spent Cherry Picking.

NOW GIBBS is trash talking.

------------
Most policies are in groups like at work, they have a 60-90 day window where they accept anyone previous conditions and all. This happens with each new contract and wi...th new employees.

So if you get insurance at work through a group plan there is no Cherry Picking.

It's not what I think, it is what happens in 80% of Insurance in USA (which is bought by your employer). Now your groups experience may effect the groups costs the next contract but that gets spread across the group, not to the individual who is sick.

Gibbs is lying.

If you go for an individual policy how can they insure someone who already needs a million in treatments? most of these people have tried to scam the system and lost. Would you insure a house that already burned down?

Unfortunately it is a business. We need a high risk pool for people who have mismanaged their health insurance or couldnt afford coverage.

---------------------------------------------------------
"If nothing else we can save all the salaries the insurers spend ''cherry picking'' applications."

Now there are a lot of people who probably object to my characterizing Obama as a trash Talker.

Well here is Gibbs, ...clearly adopting Obama style of trash talk. Nothing true, nothing thoughtful, just a populist slanted bumper sticker.

Time to resurrect this information

Artur Davis: “Like a lot of my Democratic colleagues, I was too slow to appreciate the recklessness of Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac. I defended their efforts to encourage affordable home-ownership, when in retrospect I should have heeded the concerns raised by their regulator in 2004. Frankly, I wish my Democratic colleagues would admit that when it comes to Fannie and Freddie, we were wrong. By the way, I wish my Republican colleagues would admit that they missed the early warning signs that Wall Street deregulation was overheating the securities market and promoting dangerously lax lending practices. When it comes to the debacle in our capital markets, there is much blame to go around for both sides.”

We need some common sense and technology

I am diabetic.

I already have a blood tester that is computerized and can be loaded into my computer.
I have a WII (wee) fit that can weigh me and store in computer. I have a blood pressure device that has a LED screen so it is already computerized.

For less than the combined price of these gadgets we could have a home monitoring system that would work for the whole family, maybe trow in a couple of extra tests like oxygen level.

A simple computer program could interface all of this into a internet database accessible by your doctor. When he wants additional tests he can order and schedule them.

My Doctor sees me 4-6 times a year to monitor my condition. I think 2 times a year would work and a 5 minute review another 2 times a year of the computerized data on line. He could email me the comments. I don't think there would be any lowering of quality of care. His reviews could happen 6-7am or any time of his convenience so he has a much more flexible schedule.

The president has it totally wrong it isn't the major operations that are wasting money it is all the preventative medicine already practiced that brings patience to the doctors office 6 times a year to weigh in take blood pressure and TALK.

seeing my doctor every 3 months is a waist of time and money

I am diabetic, I would venture to say seeing my doctor every 3 months is a waist of time and money. I have a computerized blood tester that can be loaded to my PC. Emailing this and blood pressure tests to my doctor would be just as good as the appo...intment. He could email back. Appointments could be cut to every six months. He could even post a net cam review online which I could access and actually get a video of his review.

These kind of reforms cost nobody anything in quality of care and reduce health care costs significantly. Why dont we get politicians out of reform and get Information Technology and other creative people into it. People who could help, not just figure out how to promote a socialist agenda.

Other doctor visits could be done with teleconferencing as long as data was available to doctor. Patient could go to lab for tests, then schedule teleconferencing with doctor. While this dosnt save a lot of doctors time, it could eliminate waiting and save gas.

Obama is already cutting deals with drug companies.

HOW CAN CONGRESS LET USA CITIZENS PAY MORE FOR DRUGS than Canada and others?

We know the answer to that Obama is already cutting deals with drug companies.

Congress is really dumb, we pay more for drugs than Canada and most other countries, pass a law ...that no drugs or medical equipment can be sold in usa for more than lowest World price. that's a fair law. maybe the reason other countries health care is cheaper is because the USA is subsidizing foreign health care by paying higher prices.

KEEP THESE PEOPLE AWAY FROM OUR CHILDREN

PreK-6 Menu of Classroom Activities:
President Obama’s Address to Students
Across America
Produced by Teaching Ambassador Fellows, U.S. Department of Education September 8, 2009

Before the Speech:

Teachers can build background knowledge about the President of the United States and his speech by reading books about presidents and Barack Obama and motivate students by asking the following questions: Who is the President of the United States? What do you think it takes to be President? To whom do you think the President is going to be speaking? Why do you think he wants to speak to you? What do you think he will say to you?

Teachers can ask students to imagine being the President delivering a speech to all of the students in the United States. What would you tell students? What can students do to help in our schools? Teachers can chart ideas about what they would say.

Why is it important that we listen to the President and other elected officials, like the mayor, senators, members of congress, or the governor? Why is what they say important?
During the Speech:

As the President speaks, teachers can ask students to write down key ideas or phrases that are important or personally meaningful. Students could use a note-taking graphic organizer such as a Cluster Web, or students could record their thoughts on sticky notes. Younger children can draw pictures and write as appropriate. As students listen to the speech, they could think about the following: What is the President trying to tell me? What is the President asking me to do? What new ideas and actions is the President challenging me to think about?

Students can record important parts of the speech where the President is asking them to do something. Students might think about: What specific job is he asking me to do? Is he asking anything of anyone else? Teachers? Principals? Parents? The American people?

Students can record any questions they have while he is speaking and then discuss them after the speech. Younger children may need to dictate their questions.
After the Speech:

Teachers could ask students to share the ideas they recorded, exchange sticky notes or stick notes on a butcher paper poster in the classroom to discuss main ideas from the speech, i.e. citizenship, personal responsibility, civic duty.

Students could discuss their responses to the following questions: What do you think the President wants us to do? Does the speech make you want to do anything? Are we able to do what President Obama is asking of us? What would you like to tell the President?

Teachers could encourage students to participate in the Department of Education’s “I Am What I Learn” video contest.
On September 8
th
the Department will invite K-12 students to submit a 2
video no longer than 2 min, explaining why education is important and how their education will help them achieve their dreams. Teachers are welcome to incorporate the same or a similar video project into an assignment. More details will be released via www.ed.gov
.
Extension of the Speech: Teachers can extend learning by having students

Create posters of their goals. Posters could be formatted in quadrants or puzzle pieces or trails marked with the labels: personal, academic, community, country. Each area could be labeled with three steps for achieving goals in those areas. It might make sense to focus on personal and academic so community and country goals come more readily.

Write letters to themselves about what they can do to help the president. These would be collected and redistributed at an appropriate later date by the teacher to make students accountable to their goals.

Write goals on colored index cards or precut designs to post around the classroom.

Interview and share about their goals with one another to create a supportive community.

Participate in School wide incentive programs or contests for students who achieve their goals.

Write about their goals in a variety of genres, i.e. poems, songs, personal essays.

Create artistic projects based on the themes of their goals.

Graph student progress toward goals.

Grades 7-
12 Menu of Classroom Activities: President Obama’s Address to
Students Across America
Produced by Teaching Ambassador Fellows, U.S. Department of Education September 8, 2009

Before the Speech
:

Quick Write or Think/Pair/Share
(Students spend a few minutes Thinking and writing about the question; Paired with another student to discuss, then Sharing their ideas with the class as a whole)
. What do we associate with the words responsibility, persistence, and goals? How would we define each term? A teacher might create a web of student ideas for each of the words.

Quick Write or Brainstorm: What are your strengths? At what are you successful as a person/student? What makes you successful at these efforts? List at least three things you are successful at and why you feel successful with these tasks.

Short readings. Notable quotes excerpted (and posted in large print on board) from
President Obama’s speeches about education. Teacher
might ask students to think alone, compare ideas with a partner, and share their collaborations with the class (Think/Pair/Share) about the following: What are our interpretations of these excerpts? Based on these excerpts, what can we infer the President believes is important to be successful educationally?

Brainstorm or Concept Web: Why does President Obama want to speak with us today? How will he inspire us? How will he challenge us? What might he say?

Brainstorm or Concept Web: What other historic moments do you remember when the President spoke to the nation? What was the impact? Students could create a Cause/Effect graphic organizer.
During the Speech:

Listening with a purpose: personal responsibility, goals, persistence. Teachers might ask pairs of students to create a word bank from the web of any one of the terms (personal responsibility, goals, or persistence) at the top of a double-column style notes page. On the right-hand side, students could take notes while President Obama talks about personal responsibility, or goals, or persistence, trying to capture direct quotations. At the end of the speech, students could then write the corresponding terms from the word bank in the left hand column, to increase retention and deepen their understanding of an important aspect of the speech.

Listening with a purpose: Inspiration and Challenges. Using a similar double-column style notes page as the one above, the teacher could focus students on quotations that either propose a specific challenge to them or inspire them in some meaningful way. Students could do this individually, in pairs or groups. Transition/Quick Review: Teachers could ask students to look over the notes and collaborate in pairs or small groups. What more could we add to our notes? Teachers might circulate and ask students questions such as: What are the most important words in the speech? What title
would you give it? What’s the thesis?

After the Speech: Guided Discussion:

What resonated with you from President Obama’s speech?
What lines/phrases do you remember?

Who is President Obama addressing? How do you know? Describe his audience.

We heard President Obama mention the importance of personal responsibility. In your life, who exemplifies this kind of personal responsibility? How? Give examples.

How are we as individuals and as a class similar? Different?

Suppose President Obama were to give another speech about being educationally successful. Who could he speak to next? Who should be his next audience? Why? What would he say?

What are the three most important words in the speech? Rank them. What title would you give this speech?
What’s the thesis?

What is President Obama inspiring you to do? What is he challenging you to do?

What do you believe are the challenges of your generation?

How can you be a part of addressing these challenges? Video Project:

Teachers could encourage students to participate in the Department of Education’s “I Am What I Learn” video contest.
On September 8
th
the Department will invite K-12 students to submit a video no longer than 2 min, explaining why education is important and how their education will help them achieve their dreams. Teachers are welcome to incorporate the same or a similar video project into an assignment. More details will be released via www.ed.gov
.
Transition:
Teachers could introduce goal setting in the following way to make the most of the extension activities.
“When you set a goal, you envision a target you are going to reach over time. Goals are
best when they are Challenging, Attainable, and Needed (CAN). For example, a good
goal might be “I want to boost my average grade by one letter grade this year so I can show colleges I’m prepared.” But, every good goal also needs steps that guide the way.
These steps keep you on track toward achieving your goal. For example, my first step might be, to improve by a letter grade in all subjects for each report card. My second step: to complete 100% of my homework for all my classes the first week of school. My third step: to study an extra hour for all my tests each marking period. My fourth step:
to attend tutoring or get an adult to help me whenever I don’t understand something.
My last step might be the most important: to ask an adult in my life to check on me
often, to make sure I’
m reaching each of my steps. Your steps should add up to your
goal. If they don’t, that’s okay; we fix them until they do add up!

Let’s hear another example of an academic goal for the year, and decide what steps would achieve that goal…
Now I want you to write your own personal academic goal for this year and steps you will take to achieve it. We can revise our steps each marking period to make sure we
are on track.”

Extension of the Speech: Teachers can extend learning by having students 

Create decorated goals and steps on index card sized material. The index cards could be formatted as an inviting graphic organizer with a space for the goal at the top and several steps in the remaining space. Cards could be hung in the room to create classroom culture of goal setting, persistence and success, and for the purpose of
periodic review. (See “Example Handouts”).

Create posters of their goals. Posters could be formatted in quadrants or puzzle pieces or trails marked as steps. These could also be hung around the room, to be reviewed periodically and to create a classroom culture of goal setting and for the purpose of periodic review.

Interview and share their goals with one another and the class, establishing community support for their goals.

Create incentives or contests for achieving their personal goals.

Write about their goals and steps in a variety of genres, i.e. poems, songs, personal essays.

Create artistic representations of their goals and steps. Example Handouts

Afghanistan Melf''s solution.

This is a country that has never been United. They haven't had central government, but governed with local councils and warlord fiefdoms. Some national councils I believe once in a while.

So our concept of establishing a national gov just gives a essentially corrupt ruling class an enormous opportunity for corruption and profit and to rip us off.

Our dilemma is if we withdraw, women will be oppressed, Taliban will establish a Radical government and we will have walked out on our promises to the Afghan people.

I don't think we can extinguish the Taliban movement, it is more natural to the Afghans than our democracy. Bush is probably right, peoples prefer democracy, but do they prefer it with their lives? Probably not in most countries, certainly probably not in Afghanistan.

As much as I hate to say it, I think we need to try to split Afghanistan into the northern alliance and the rest, Give everyone the opportunity to join the northern alliance, relocate, Protect the Northern alliance and finance them, and turn the rest over to Taliban.
